Excellent Premier Inn, clean comfortable room, large bed, free parking, restaurant on site. Just what you would expect at a great price.

Having read other postive reviews, I could not agree more - the staff here are absolutely wonderful. I've not received service like this in 5 star hotels, let alone in a budget hotel that I only paid £39.99 for. The hotel was completely packed due to the Birmingham run, but the staff still made sure they had time to see to us all and we felt nothing would be too much for them. We asked if they had any de-caff coffee sachets for the room on our way out one afternoon, on our return some had been put in our room. Felt so welcome and comfortable there that we decided to have breakfast there too - again, wonderful service and lovely food. Housekeeping were really friendly too! Top marks - would I want to go back?! Gees - I want to move in!! :)

I stayed here for 15 nights and found the staff friendly and sensitive to my being a lone female. Breakfasts were as vast as you could want and dinner prices were very reasonable with a fairly good range on the menu. Aston Uni is less than 10 mins walk away and the main shopping areas about 20 mins walk. My colleague stayed next door at the Campanile which although cheaper was shabby by comparison.

Went to Birmingham for a shopping weekend and had a brilliant stay. On the edge of the city with loads of free parking. The staff booked taxis for us and it only cost £5.00 to get into town.
Very busy but the staff took the time to talk to everyone and make them feel welcome. It felt like they really cared that we had a good time.Gave us local maps and suggested restaurants and places to go. Bedroom really clean, and very new but a long way from reception! Staff offered to sort interconnecting rooms with friends which was a really nice touch.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the new rooms! Some reviews say the rooms were a little tired and old but ours was ve...
