Took my two granddaughters to see my daughter. Room spacious and spotless, family room large and plenty of room for the girls to do thier couloring as book supplied with crayons.
Would recommend for a family and for couples. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Only thing was tinned mushrooms like little slimy slugs. Nice fresh ones would be better. But did not detract on our great stay.

Went to Birmingham for a saturday night away in January just to get over christmas with a couple of friends, This premier inn was ok staff very friendly rooms where good plus free parking which is why we stayed there as other premier inns in Birmingham central cost extra. It is a twenty minute walk to the city center across busy roads the good thing was on the way to the city center we came across a nice pub called believe it or not the Sack Of Potatoes was a nice friendly warm pub and we had a lovely meal at reasonable price.Night life in Birmingham very good.

Room Tip: any room as far as i can see

The company I am working for put me up here at my request - as it's near to my place of work, and has parking included in the price. Though I have to say at over £330 for 5 nights (not including breakfast) I should think it is.....

It's location is decent, but 20 minutes walk to the city centre, and you have to navigate some busy roads and what I'd refer to as a warehouse district. So not too far away, but not the nicest of locations (again, for the money).....

They only offer daily and weekly wi-fi - even though their website says you can pay for a month (cheaper) and on my 2nd day I was without internet for over half of it - not good considering I am working from home.....

Food in restaurant is excellent (well, what I had) but the service left something to be desired (un-apologetic - when their error).....

But room is big, bed is comfy and shower is powerful and hot. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

As my title suggests, it really is a mixed bag as to what you get here in terms of service/products & location/value. Could be a 5 star review, if only they could get a few bits right - but it is a Premier Inn.....

Excellent staff. Clean and comfy room. Everything you need is catered for. Excellent breakfast and good bar. 10/10. I travelled a long way on a train and was heading into a difficult and stressful examination the next day so was in need of relaxation, somewhere quiet to work but a nice environment too. Room was spacious but cosy to work in and more importantly sleep. Bed really comfy. Bathroom very clean and spacious so enjoyed a nice bath. Went out for tea as it was pre arranged. I did have breakfast the next morning, full english with poached eggs, fab! Very tasty. Filled me up. Felt so comfortable even went down to the bar for a night cap, staff excellent again. Bar had good environment, clean and friendly. Highly recommend this particular hotel.
