We stayed here for one night while passing through Birmingham to London, arrived at about 8pm and managed to park easily which was good and there is a barrier entrance to the car park which makes it a bit more secure. On check in the staff were brilliant and really friendly and informative. Room was fine, standard budget hotel room but had everything you needed and was comfortable. The only down side of this hotel was how hot the bedroom and corridors were, granted it had been a very hot day but i have stayed in a premier inn elsewhere that also had this problem. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but we were provided with a fan, however this made very little difference. It really was too hot to sleep even with the window open and the fan on and as a result we didnt have a good nights sleep which was a disappointment. It was much hotter in the hotel than outside and we ended up sat in our car at 11:30pm with the air conditioning on in order to get cool!!! Breakfast the next morning was good, lots of choice and again staff friendly and helpful. All in all very good for a budget hotel, i have stayed in much worse but was let down by the lack of a decent nights sleep!
