“Clean, spacious”

Clean, spacious, really helpful staff. Hot breakfast was standard, but wish they had more variety to choose from. Overall a great stay.

A great new hotel in B ham, close to shops, bars and restaurants. My room was clean and very well presented. B fast had ample choice and what staff I met were very friendly and welcoming.

Great located Hotel minutes from the Mailbox and Bullring.
Walked along the canal with its many bars and restaurants to get there lovely walk!
Hotel was better than I expected.
Very helpful and friendly staff to greet us and the rooms were large and very well appointed.
Beautiful walk-in shower and modern bathrooms.
The added bonus of free breakfast and very good rate to start with makes this a must on my
hotel to visit again list!
Thanks guys for my stay.

Room Tip: High Floor are quieter

The hotel is right on Broad Street and I was a little concerned at check-in that we would be disturbed during the night by the large number of 'hen parties' checking-in, however we heard no noise at all during our stay. The bedroom was more than adequate and still had the 'new' feel which was great. Breakfast included was good with plenty of choice and staff were all friendly. For the price I would be more than happy to stay here and recommend it to anyone. the only downside is the parking - however we used Euro Parks which is in the same block - this is pretty much the same problem for most hotels in central Birmingham so wouldn't let it put anyone off.

Room Tip: For families ask for a room overlooking the back so as not to be disturbed by the bars etc on Broad...

Travelled to Birmingham to see family and friends. Chose this hotel after reading the reviews on here. Ideal location for those that like a night out. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from the centre of town. Building is nothing special but the inside is great. My room was large, and very comfortable. The En-suite bathroom with the huge shower added quality to this room. The reception was always busy, and think could have had more staff on hand for help and check-ins. Food from the menu was okay and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is on the main 'strip', 1 minute from the cinema, few seconds from clubs and bars. There's some shops across the road and it's a few minutes walk to the NIA, Sealife Centre and Brindley Place. Will be staying here again. One last thing, didn't know how to close the curtains. Kept looking for a button or a lever and didn't ask anyone.
