This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. On both occasions the staff have been helpful and friendly.

The car park is behind the hotel and you need to go around the block to access it which isn't really clear but we paid £10 for 24hrs which was really reasonable.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable the only thing that could improve it is a small fridge in the room.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the bullring and you can go down the main shopping street to get there. There are lots of restaurants and bars within a short walk.

Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in the centre of the city.good standard of room and a all you can eat cooked breakfast. The car parking was a bit expensive @ £10 but you could park behind the hotel for less. If you get it at the rite price it is better than a travelodge or a premier inn

It was efficient, clean and a great price. We paid £64 per night for three of us. The car park was within the hotel area. Lovely, modern and clean communal areas. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants etc. around.

No complaints really. Very comfortable room with a fantastic view over Brum. Breakfast was generally good but it could be difficult getting a seat. The lifts could be a bit of a nightmare at times. Most mornings we spent an age waiting for a lift which then was like a yoyo between floors before we managed to get out at the correct floor. We got a great price for our room and we'd stay again considering the fantastic central location.

We stopped here before my son's graduation, taking 2 rooms - quite high up but with an unattractive view [see room tip], though we could see our car! It was parked in the lot across the road, £2 cheaper than the hotel one, though we used it mainly as we spotted it and saw no obvious entrance to the hotel's equivalent.

Service was friendly and helpful throughout our short stay, and we dealt with several different people at reception / in the breakfast area. We ended up buying a snack dinner at one of the nearby supermarkets (as opposed to the many other eateries / takeaways) - we asked if we could borrow some cutlery and were immediately offered plates as well, and found some condiments! Breakfast was absolutely fine, with a decent selection, if not as sumptuous as at a full-blown Hilton. That is quite acceptable as the overnight price was extremely reasonable, especially for a town centre. All the more so as, once we had checked out of our room, our daughter stayed a little longer in hers and made good use of the fitness facilities, which she much appreciated.

Room Tip: If want a room with a view, ask what sort of view as ours was not an attractive one and I believe th...

Stayed at the hotel visiting Cadbury world and West midlands safari park with my two daughters. The staff is very friendly and keen to help offering solutions for any arising issues. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty to choose from for the price. Our room was on the fourth floor and was it was quite at the time of our stay. There are plenty restaurants around and a Sainsbury too. Our only complaint was the limited children's channels on the television. Otherwise I would stay at this hotel again.
