Apart from the rather off hand service from the 2 guys at reception, once we made ourselves known for afternoon tea, the service was faultless. The charming waiter who showed us to our table couldnt have been more helpful.
The deco is really lovely, it was busy, which is a good sign and it was a relaxing experience. The tea and food isn't necessarily beautifully presented, unlike somewhere such as Vinteas in Leamington whereby everything is served on bone china. This came on a wire type two tier rack and the cups etc were plian white. However the food was tasty, the sandwiches nice and thick, cakes yummy and good value at £11 each.More
