“Great Arena!”
Reviewed 17 May 2014

This is always my arena of choice, as it has a brilliant location, great customer service, great atmosphere, and a very clean, nice layout. I also discovered there is free wifi, which is great whilst you're waiting for the act you're seeing.

“Could be improved with elevators to upper tier”
Reviewed 17 May 2014

The LG Arena is not as dauntingly high as the 02 but for someone, like myself, with ancient legs it's a struggle to get to those top seats and for much of the way there's nothing to hang onto. With all toilets on the lower floor this can mean a struggle to get in and out during a performance unless someone is there to help. Yes they do have a disabled area but I'm not officially disabled. Went to see Prince (brilliant concert) and I'm not sure everyone would get away with it but we simply drove towards the entrance of the building while the guys directing traffic looked busy and found ourselves at a kiosk where we were cheerfully advised we had reached VIP parking, which was free rather than the usual £8, and there was too much congestion to send us back so okay to park there. Large entrance area with bars, fast food outlets and a small stage with guy on guitar. £4 for a half-pint bottle of warm lager is steep by any means but they have you trapped. Good leg room but no arms on the seats so you either need to know the person next door or be prepared to get cozy. We were in block 10, right at the top, right at the back and the view was superb. Seemed much closer to the stage than similar seating at the 02.

“Great music venue”
Reviewed 16 May 2014

We've used this venue twice recently and both times the gig ran smoothly, acoustics are cracking, plenty of loo's, bar's and food outlets. Loads of hotels nearby with more being built.

Went to see Prince at the LG Arena ....took tips from here and parked in the International Train Station car park - DODDLE on the way out - sailed onto the M42 - its a no brainer!

VERY HOT in the merchandising foyer and food court, even though we were just passing through cos we had eaten elsewhere.....

Our seats were at the back in Block 11 - still a good view, and LEATHER seats which were very comfortable - good staggered seating able to see everything.....Once you were in the arena itself the air con was boosted and the temperature was perfect.
Sound was BRILLIANT.

I would return.

“Watched Katy Perry”

good leg room (I'm very tall and can sometimes feel crushed) and didn't have to queue long for the drinks/food in the main area. Top night.
