male member of staff had bad attitude when i informed him that my daughters tikka was frozen.. he tried telling me it was just "very cold".. but i know the difference between cold and frozen with ice on it!.. he refused to refund and then wanted to charge more for apparently putting extra tikka in!.. (couldnt tell).. he even told my daughter that it was her problem and not his!! (the cheeky bleeeeeeeeep!) he was very rude and definitely had no customer service skills!.. he shouldnt be working there if hes going to treat customers the way he treated us..

Lovely man working here who was very helpful and friendly. Didn't mind that I changed my mind half way through! Bit disappointed with the flatbread as it was quite doughy, I expected it to be quite crunchy. Always eat good food from here. Thank you!

Normally I have no problems with subways. This store in particular was quite the opposite.
Firstly they didn't have half of the fillens for a sandwich which was irritating but I got over it.
This was not all however upon going to pay, my sandwich was not wrapped like every other subway again it wasn't a big deal but noted as it didn't follow subways I had visited before. The amount of toppings they put in my sub was also very sparse, I asked for onion and got about 3 slices. May as well not bothered with it!
However my biggest complaint and reason for review came from the customer service. I've gone to subways before and they've all added the points to my card no problem. This guy however refused to do this, I don't know why as I've said all other subways I've visited do this. He just out right refused without a reason, nothing to do with them not accepting the card as they had the scanner and the subcards to pick up. Very infuriating when I'm spending £10 on 2 subways and the one small benefit I get back I'm refused from. Never visiting this subway again.
