“great value, great location”
Reviewed 22 July 2014

Excellent hotel, modern decor, great breakfast. Superb value for money. Walk to the city centre along the canals ; this will take you 15 minutes and is a very pleasant, scenic stroll. Car park just around the corner - free on Sunday or £3.20 per day the rest of the week.

No hotel parking, but public car park very close, £3.20 per day. Immediate vicinity around hotel is derelict, other hotels are closer to the city centre. Staff are helpful, and hotel is fresh. Free in room wifi. Room 137 has a false window (curtains over wall) and one small window over looking the roof, unable to be opened.

Stayed at this hotel for one night with my husband on a trip to Birmingham shopping. Had a room on the 17th floor which was excellent comfy double bed with tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom was modern with shower gel shampoo and conditioner dispensers and a lovely hot walk in shower. Rooms are quite compact but ample for an over night stay. Hotel itself is modern and has a relaxed feel with great staff. Breakfast was included in the price and you could help yourself to cereal fruit or the normal cooked brekky with juice tea or coffee. We paid ten pounds to park our car for twenty four hours so not bad value. Would defiantly stay again .

I arrived very late to the hotel and was let in by reception staff so security is really good. I was greeted with a warm welcome and my room key was ready so no messing about especially at the time of day i arrived. The room was very clean and had a nice feel to it. It had a home feel to it with computer table and sofa. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower and there was a nice selection of moisturisers and shampoos. The hotel was quiet. Car park charges were reasonable. Breakfast was ok and plentifull. Would definately go back

Spent one night in this hotel and can find nothing but praise to say about it. Breakfast was excellent. Just wish the car park was easier to find! Would certainly recommend it for a weekend break in the centre of the nightlife!
