Hotel was great. The rooms are modern and very pleasant. Breakfast and all facilities make a stay superb. Car park is close by but remember to pay from 8 am using parking app. The whole service was excellent. Great location for an overnight in Birmingham. Have a look at the hen and chickens just down the road for a cheap cheeky curry

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel which is clean and modern and right next door to a tram stop. A brilliant pub across the road (Hen & Chickens) does a great curry too. A short walk brings you into the lovely St Paul's area of Birmingham where there are more lovely places to eat.

This hotel was modern, clean and very reasonably priced.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent - all self service and everything was constantly being refilled and food was fresh. Cereals, yoghurts, fruit juice, muffins, full English, toast all included.

The rooms were spacious with free wifi and plenty of plug sockets - very often I find you have to hunt for plug sockets but this had lots including one each side of the bed.

Car parking was not an issue. Very reasonable for city centre parking.

High security level you needed your room key to access the lifts which was good.

John and Lucy (plus the maintenance man) were particularly very helpful and kept interacting with our 9 month little girl... Their key aspect throughout our stay was our safety.

I would Highly recommend this hotel.

We visited Birmingham for 2 nights to watch T20 finals at edgebaston. It was very easy & quick to find the hotel from north m6 direction. Hotel staff were very helpful & friendly throughout our stay. Twin rooms - big comfortable beds, clean room. Slight noise from the tram - ground level floor. Also "lift going up" didn't stop at night!
Easy to get to edgebaston by taxi. & not expensive. St. Paul's square restaurants very nice & on the doorstop. Easy 10-15 min walk to the main shopping area too. Area around the hotel a little rough looking but handy (cheap ) car park in the doorstep made our visit very easy.
We are planning to return for the same event next year& would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice place to stay staff excellent good clean hotel/room but you HAVE to park round the corner in a UNSECURED CAR PARK which after 0800 its a pay and display so you have to get up early to feed the meter !!

Stayed at the hotel for one night, had been looking at the Broad street Hampton however this one worked out at £60 cheaper for two rooms. Hotel is about 10 / 15 minute walk from the Bullring. On arrival staff very friendly and efficient, we were given tow rooms on the ground floor. Both rooms were very comfortable and as the hotel is brand new all very smart clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. There is a car park to the rear of the hotel which is very cheap, I arrived at 3pm so paid a £1 for the next three hours, it is then free between 6pm and 8am then a further £3.20 for 10 hours parking the next day.Price of £43 also include breakfast which was buffet style with hot and cold food. If you don't mind a slightly longer walk into town then I would recommend this hotel, excellent value.
