“Ideal Location”
Reviewed 4 November 2013

Although only been open a few weeks our stay was made more pleasant by the friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. The hotel is situated near the station and is ideal for shopping, sightseeing, bars and restaurants.,

We stayed here one night. The hotel opened only recently so everything was clean and fresh and the staff at reception really welcoming and helpful. Room was quiet and bed really comfortable (we had stayed the night before at a Travelodge in Manchester and woke up with a stiff neck because of the wafer thin pillow). Location of this hotel is great - Bullring just round the corner and easy walk to Symphony Hall.

2 of us stayed here last week for 2 nights.
The hotel had only been open for about 4 weeks which was evident from the shiny paint Tec.
All the staff we met were fantastic, especially the two ladies on breakfast duties.
The location is great, 2 mins walk from New Street station and 5 mins from the Bull Ring shopping centre.
Highly recommend a stay here

Room Tip: Was a bit concerned that our room on the 3rd floor at the back of the hotel (virtually over the stat...

i booked this online because of the proximity to New St Station. It is literally 4 mins walk. This is a new hotel and everything was very clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was lovely. I was pleased to find there was no traffic noise at all, which I did wonder about because of the location. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this.

Room Tip: My room was on the sixth floor and very quiet even though it faced on to the street.

Just got back from a night away with the kids. Very central location but very quiet. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. Great breakfast with the kids eating free making it very good value. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Tracy in the restaurant. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here for one night. Great central hotel just outside New Street station. Room was clean, warm and quiet. We were on the 5th floor. Lovely breakfast and well looked after by Joyce in the restaurant. Look forward to staying here again in December.

We stayed on the £25 Sunday night deal. Great value at this new hotel. Excellent location with an undercover walkway to the Bull Ring shopping centre. We did our homework regarding car parks and found the Town Hall great value and 5 mins walk away. The restaurant was very nice and the food was lovely. We had pre-booked the meal deal. The staff were excellent especially the ladies at breakfast. Three negatives 1) we only had 1 towel in the room and didn't realise until my husband needed it after his shower and I was using the only towel 2) no phone in the room meant we could not ring Reception and we shared the towel! 3) the bath was very high to climb in and out of for the shower. Overall a great stay, enjoyed the shopping and boat trip on the canals. Would recommend this hotel.
