We stayed at this hotel in the centre of Birmingham,we had 4 rooms at £29 for each room
They were impeccable, very clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff
The location was very central and next to the station
The previous night I stayed in the Mercure Watford,it cost me over 4 times as much for the room and it was not a patch on this Premier Inn

Had a really good one night stay. Room clean, warm, comfortable and quiet despite city centre location. Fabulous shower and lovely deep bath that filled quickly. All staff were friendly and welcoming but a special mention to Joyce and breakfast colleagues who were fabulous.

Just returned from a 3 night stay here,it is a great central location for the shops or mailbox ect.
i t is a new hotel and you can still smell the newness in the corridors. It is very clean and one is
given a very warm welcome as you enter reception.,
the friendliness carries on through all
of the staff they all have time to speak to you and ask how you are, especially CAMERON who
is one of the breakfast staff nothing is too much trouble for him I must thank him for the luncheon
treats he gave us next time we come I want to see you assistant manager young man !!!!!!
The rooms are quite spacious and the mattress is wonderful as is the bedding we slept like logs.
The breakfast was good and hot as was the meals in the evening, try the MEGA DEALS good value..The breakfast on its own is a little pricey but that is my only complaint. So thankyou to all
the staff for a most enjoyable stay.JEANNIE AND RAY COVENTRY

Room Tip: We had very quiet room but no veiw so jusk ask for one

Staff exceeded expectations from check in to breakfast, all going out of their way to smile and be helpful. Room although basic was really comfortable and recently refurbished. Everything you would need was provided. Although in the city centre there was no street noise.
