Asked for a quiet room and got one. Excellent panoramic view of Birmingham skyline. Staff, without exception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good.
Only thing I would like changed is the word 'crispy' used on the wine display in the bar - the other descriptive words are fine - eg 'fruity' - bit of wild abandon with the letter 'y' maybe. (This may be a feature in other Premier Inns, but have not noticed). This is of course, a very minor thing that does not detract from the hotel and actually does not really matter - I only mention it as I know Premier Inn is interested in the detail.
Overall, a superb Premier Inn and one that I hope to visit again.More
