Ajacent to New St Station, perfectly located for a visit by train to Birmingham. Quick check in and a room for storing luggage. Good sized rooms, hot showers,
clean and great value for money. Nice bar area and friendly staff.

Stayed here over New Years with a friend, good clean hotel central to everything. Situated right next to a mcdonalds which is handy lol. Right in the town centre so you don't have to travel far, clubs are not too far either. So a overall a good location and comfortable stay.

A new hotel in a great location. Right next to New Street railway station and in the middle of the main shopping street.
Very helpful staff and super porridge. Stayed for one night to see Strictly at the NIA. Great bed, no noise and not disturbed by others

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it never fails in providing both a friendly and professional service. The rooms are immaculate with excellent facilities. The location couldn't be more convenient being a 5 minute walk - at most - from the station. The breakfast staff are some of the most pleasant I've ever encountered in a hotel (always cheerful no matter what). This is the Birmingham hotel others should strive to emulate.

Thoroughly recommend from someone who stayed in most of the city centre hotels over the last 18 months.

Room Tip: All seem to be good

Perfect location, right next to Birmingham New Street train station.

Hotel is brand new, still see workman around in the reception area putting on finishing touches of the floor tiles. Breakfast was great.

Swift check-in process at the reception electronic booth. Staff helpfully explained how it worked. Only slight hiccup was my colleague being sent to a room (and given the room access key by the electronic booth) which was already occupied by someone...!

Got this hotel booked on an offer for 3 nights and it did not disappoint. 10 minutes by train from the airport and 2 minutes walk from New Street train station, book in and shop till you drop. Located beside the Bullring and in the centre of the shopping area it is in a perfect location. The hotel was very quiet which was surprising considering it is beside a 24 hour McDonalds and Birmingham is a busy city with folk walking about all the time. The on site restaurant is Thyme which carries the usual menu and the food is grand, but be warned the service is asbysmal. There was only 2 staff on the floor, around 9 diners and it took an age for our food to arrive we were 2 hours in the restaurant and I would not be keen to eat there again. The hotel is grand and I am trying to see when I can go back.

Room Tip: Get a room either end of the corridor these are very quiet, the lifts are in the middle and ding all...
