Stayed here for a weekend city break with my other half. Easy to find the hotel, just minutes walk from New Street Station. Check in was quick and easy.
We had a suite on the 4th floor overlooking House Of Fraser, couldnt believe the room when we walked in. There is a little kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, etc) a lovely big comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, only thing that would have been nice was to have a small 2 seater sofa instead of a 1 seater chair, but other than that couldnt fault the room one little bit. Couldnt believe we were in the middle of a city as there wasnt the slightest bit of outside noise, nor was there any noise from other rooms.
Complimentary breakfast was a wide variety (cereals, cooked, fruit etc, even hot drinks).
Staff were very friendly and helpful, we wanted to visit The Mailbox but didnt know how to get there popped down to reception and the lady on the desk was very helpful, including giving us a printed map how to get there.
There is a gym and launderette in the building, though we didnt use them we did take a look at them and seemed to be well equipped.

We went to the NIA in Birmingham on Friday and didn't want the hassle of parking and queuing to leave the venue. We booked to stay in the Staybridge Suits for its desirable city centre location.
When booking the hotel we found the cost very reasonable but a word of advice remember to add VAT onto the price.
We also found from previous posts that the hotel does not offer on site car parking, we thought this would be the case as most central city centre hotels don't. They do however recommend that you park in a NCP car park just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel offers a discount to park there, just £8.00 for 24 hours (on the ticket machine it would cost £24.50 to park for 24 hours) bargin!!
The hotel itself was very clean tidy, and modern. The breakfast was a good hotel breakfast plenty of option with proper toasters that actually cook the toast. The breakfast was also monitored closely and restocked with fresh food all the time.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and if going to Birmingham again for anything we would definitely stay here!

Dear vixie87, thank you for leaving a review on your recent stay with us and it's great to hear you enjoyed yourself. I will be sure to pass on your positive comments to the breakfast team. As we are primarily a long-stay property, our rates are quoted excluding VAT due to the VAT rate changing to 4% after the 29th night of a stay. We look forward to seeing you again.

We stayed here for an overnight visit to attend a concert and it was a great central location for this with parking nearby and choice of places to eat. Would also have been well placed for shopping etc the next day if we had wanted to do that. Pretty new and very comfortable room with full range of facilities including small kitchenette (microwave, small dishwasher etc) which would have been perfect for anyone staying for a while and not wanting to eat out every evening.
Also big lounge and breakfast area downstairs, laundrette and bookable meeting area. Despite being in a central location on a Friday night we had a very good and quiet night's sleep which can't be said for all central Birmingham locations at the weekend.

Only stayed one night but would be happy to stay longer, quality finishes, comfortable bed, nice large walk-in shower, well equipped kitchen, would highly recommended. Plus it's round the corner from a great restaurant/bar (the lost and found).

I stay in serviced apartments a lot and this is new to Birmingham (only in first 3 months). I have previously stayed at LMM (which were awful) and SACO (which I don't consider value for money any more).

I booked a studio for 2 nights. The location on Birmingham's Corporation Street is as central as you can get (the NCP car park is literally minutes walk away) and if you are coming by train, it is literally down the road!

The check in process was straightforward and the studio was on the 12th Floor. Clean and no issues with furniture other than it could do with more than just a one seater chair. Like other serviced apartment providers, more tea and coffee and fresh milk would have been good rather than UHT.

I had no issues with noise from outside or adjoining studios.

Breakfast is provided in a communal area which is a bonus for a serviced apartment as normally this is not provided. Breakfast was not of a good quality and a limited choice. They need to invest in more hot drink machines as the queue for a hot drink was never ending. As I wasn't really expecting a complimentary breakfast, I wasn't fussed to much but good to note for those who are.

This place reminds me of a hybrid between a serviced apartment provider and a traditional hotel with its breakfast and hotel style amenities.

An exceptional hotel with clean very modern facilities and a very comfortable bedrooms with great city views. Wonderful service from reception and even a free drinks reception for guests (now that's a first) great wifi in the rooms and well equiped. A good gym as well and a nice residents lounge with free tea and coffee all day. One day all hotels will be like this (I hope)

Room Tip: I used the nearer car park which charges £20 for 24 hours use the one slighly further away which is...
