My first time in Birmingham was enhanced by this very impressive new hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice, modern and clean. There are plenty of places to eat although we did use the beefeater next door on this occasion. You do have to pay for parking but I didn't think it was excessive. Had a wonderful weekend and would definitely return. I have one very minor complaint, I did not find the pillows very comfortable.

We do have two different pillow types, soft and firm. It may be a case of finding which type best suits you. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back some time in the future.

Lovely new Premier Inn, conveniently located near our friends' home. Staff were professional and friendly, the room was spacious and spotless and the breakfast was good and fresh; they didn't have the muffins and pastries we've had at other inns, which should be part of the 'all you can eat' deal...

Staff were very friendly and helpful, very quick check in and check out. The hotel is very clean and security was brilliant. The facilities around the hotel are great, sainsburys is opposite and costa very close.

We had two very minor issues, we have stayed twice at this hotel and both times we have only been given one towel, so have had to go to reception to get another towel. The sheets on the bed were also too small.

Other than that the hotel was great and I would recommend to friends and family.

I Have stayed in this premier inn a few times on business, Its a new building, opp. a sainsbury cant fault it...lovely staff, very helpful...very clean hotel, would definitley recommend. The only down side is if you arrive late on a sunday there are no facilities to eat, the staff have takeout menus, but only wanted a sandwich. But that is the only moan I have about the place.

hy lovely hotel but watch out fo the parking charges ,the machine charges you different prices ! shame really the staff at hotel unable to help and no joy on complaining ,seam to be little if any communication between the car park owners and hotel , spoilt our break , on a positive wondeful beefeater brilliant staff x

Thank you for your feedback. At Premier Inn we try our best to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay and I apologise that on this occasion this was not the case. I apologise that you feel that this experience ruined your stay with us but unfortunately the car park is not ours and this is out of our control. We have taken into account your feedback and are in contact with the company that runs the car park regarding this issue and we believe it has now been sorted and that all guests will receive the £3 for 24 hours rate. I hope that this experience has not put you off staying with Premier Inn again in the future. We hope to welcome you back to Birmingham South Longbridge Station again soon.

Overall my family and I were very impressed with the overall stay at this hotel. Excellent customer service from both the hotel and resturant staff. I will definitely return if ever I have a reason to visit Birmingham again :)

stayed for one night very clean hotel and staff very helpful didn`t have an evening meal but breakfast was one of the best i`ve had at a beefeater although sat nav didn`t recognise the post code as this is a newly built hotel it was still easy to find
