Stayed at the closest hotel to Cadbury World and enjoyed a great stay. We booked ahead and were lucky to get a room for just £31. The staff were great with nothing too much trouble for them. From a friendly welcome to providing some speciality teas for my wife on request all staff we came across were really very good, but at breakfast we were extremely fortunate to be served by Jo who was amazing. Friendly and attentive she chatted to the kids and was just so helpful it really was a pleasure to be served by her. I'm disabled and several times when I was going to get something she stepped in and did it for us with a smile on her face. The breakfast was really good and great value as I've always found Premier Inn's. For a grand total of £50 including room, car parking and eat all you want breakfast for 4 it was unbeatable value. If I was to be ultra picky the car park not being on site was a negative but it was only 50 yards away and cost us £3 for our whole stay so nothing extortionate.

Can not fault the hotel, really lovely but was told £3 parking fee and it ended up costing me £10 as the parking machine was out of order (but no sign on it) did not accept coins therefore gave me no change. Premier inn would not refund me nor the parking office!! Still waiting for this to be sorted out... USE FAR END MACHINE...

Needed to stay overnight for an early meeting next day, and this hotel was only a couple of miles away. It looks brand new and was easy to find as it is next door to the Longbridge railway station although my sat nav struggled with the postcode. Once I re calibrated using the railway station as the destination, it was easy! On approach though it wasn't obvious where the car park was situated but I gambled and drove up between the hotel on the right and the coffee shop on the other side and you will come to the entrance to the car park.

The reception area is modern and bright and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely big flat screen TV on the wall. Excellent!

I had my evening meal at the Beefeater Grill which is in the same building, and despite my reservations about what the food would be like, I was very impressed. The bar and restaurant was really nice, beautifully decorated in a modern style and the menu was quite mouthwatering. My starter and main was lovely, really well cooked and very tasty. A couple of cold beers later, I turned in for the night not having had to leave the hotel building!

Next morning I enjoyed a great breakfast in the same restaurant and it set me up perfectly for the day.

Check out was painless, although figuring out how to use the parking pay station with the bar code voucher handed to me on check out was rather more challenging! However, a young chap came to my rescue and I was off!

Great hotel, and handily placed for the motorway. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice new hotel with a modern stylish Beefeater next door. It also has a large Sainsburys opposite, a Gregg's and a Costa coffee next door.
The rooms were nice and clean, still feels new even though 6 months old.
The car park adjacent is £3 for 24 hours with a premier inn car park vouchers.

New hotel at the moment and it shows, it has the feel of a much more expensive hotel. Sainsburys, Beefeater, Costa, Greggs and hungry horse pub all within a stones throw. Very friendly staff, wifi pretty average for a hotel all a few minutes walk from Longbridge train station.

First time staying at Longbridge Premier Inn and really enjoyed it. Rooms were immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast on our second day and thank goodness it was only once. There were no usual tables available so we were seated at a higher table which we did not mind. We were then told to help ourselves to the cereal/fruit buffet station. No muffins left and no clean teaspoons for tea/coffee. The reason for unavailable tables was they had been busy and all the tables had dirty plates. These finally got cleared just before we left, over an hour of them sitting on the tables! The staff seemed preoccupied with chatting to one another. The dirty plate trolley was then left right next to our table full of dirty plates for over 20 minutes, which I then moved! Our breakfast order was taken although we were under the assumption that it was a buffet breakfast. We were told we could order more later if we liked. Food took approx 40 mins to come to our table and was decent enough but very greasy. As we were eating it we could hear and see the chef clearing up so don't think we would have been able to have anymore food even if we wanted some! It's a shame that another company can tarnish the good reputation of Premier Inn as we have experienced the one in Glasgow and the breakfast service was fantastic. If I was in charge of Premier Inn at Longbridge I'd been having a serious chat with the Beefeater manager about their lazy staff!!
