Stayed here for the good food show, fantastic service, even though they were very busy there was always a member of staff on hand to help. Rooms and bathrooms spotless. Great location for walking to the NEC. Brilliant value for money. We will be back next year.

I booked well in advance on a promotion so it cost £100 for 2 nights B&B for 2 people. Excellent value unlike the full price £350 quoted the day before arrival. Car parking is a disaster zone, if it wasn't for the guy directing people it would have been a nightmare. The restaurant is very busy and very poor, 5 mins walk to the Little Owl beside the Holiday Inn is well worth it, food there is much better and much cheaper. Rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent value.

Good hotel for the NEC! Which is just a short walk away.Rooms had all been recently decorated to a good standard, staff were pleasant and very helpful. The only down side was the wait for food in the restaurant on the evening we stayed

Stayed one night during the good food and gardening show, so hotel was very busy. We had pre paid so check in was done by touch screen in reception and could not have been easier. Room clean and surprisingly quiet for a very busy hotel. Had pre paid for dinner which we enjoyed but, not everything on the menu is included as member of staff explained. Some . People had issues with their waiting times st dinner, but our experience was faultless. Excellent value for money. Parking is an extra and at 6 pound a day very fair.

If you have three hours to spare eat here. Unable to get food from kitchen at any speed - my party of 8 gave up after the second night and ordered dominos pizza which arrived within the hour which was as long as the starters took to come out of the premier inn kitchen the previous 2 nights. Bar was 10 deep with one bar man on so if you fancy a drink bring your own. Tidy rooms and hotel but strongly recomend eating elsewhere unless yo plan to sleep in the restaurant whilst waiting for some food. Life is to short to waste time waiting for poorly cooked food in a restaurant that is under staffed and ill equiped to serve the number of tables.
