Located near Birmingham airport, this hotel is quiet well situated and provides a great service including airport parking for the duration of your stay. (I would have paid more for the airport parking alone without the overnight stay included). Restaurant provided a god dinner and breakfast option and the food was tasty compared to other budget hotel meals. Rooms were all clean and tidy and smelt of newly been decorated. No noise from airport at all. Arranged taxi from hotel to airport for you and cost £6. They arrived promptly at time arranged.

We parked and stayed here as a stop off prior to catching ongoing flights.
We left our car for 7 days in the car park and had an overnight stay for less than we had been quoted elsewhere for parking alone.
One of our party is in a wheelchair and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was very comfortable (and clean) the location was excellent as was the food in the restaurant. I will definately stay here again and would be happy to recomend to others

We stayed for one night with 2 weeks car parking as we had an early flight the next morning. Hotel staff sorted out early taxi and we found the family room more than adequate. We left a few items in the room by mistake and on our return from holiday found that the staff had kindly put them to one side which was a nice touch. If you have an early flight and need car parking (the car is left at the hotel) this hotel is highly recommended and good value.

I stayed in the hotel in May 2014 while attending a concert in LG Arena. I checked in and the room was spotless. The staff were lovely. The chambermaids Sharon and the other lady went out of their way to help. The barman was so friendly and helpful. The ladies on reception were great too.
Highly Recommend

We stayed here the night before our flight and had car parking for 5 days in the price, great value for money. The carpark was extremely full when we arrived as there was an event on at the NEC so it was a little frustrating that we struggled to find a space especially as we had booked parking, anyway the attendants found us a space so there wasn't an issue (beware if they ask you to block another car in though as in the morning we witnesses an irrate guest shouting at another guest for blocking his car in when they were advised by the atendants to park there are the car was staying for a week so it wouldn't be an issue - obviously they were wrong!) The buffet breakfast is good and the rooms/service was as to be expected.

Excellent location for NEC, stay was comfortable. Quite hard to find with all the roads around the NEC. Car park was full but this was due to event at NEC. don't bother having a meal there unless you want to wait 3/4 hour and have it served nearly cold. Breakfast was good as usual. Overall good stay.

Used the hotel with a prepaid gift voucher to visit the Good Food and Gardening shows on a Sunday when hotel seemed quiet. Had difficulty finding hotel in the maze of roads around the NEC. Reception staff very helpful. Room on 3rd floor very good. Parking is £6 per day. We took the meal deal consisting of Dinner which included an alcoholic drink and breakfast . My starter and steak meal were fine apart from some overcooked french beans but sadly my wifes main a pizza arrived undercooked was sent back and returned as an inedible mess. Complained to reception and cost of Meal deal refunded promptly. Breakfast selection was fairly good. If I stayed again I would take dinner elsewhere. They need to raise their game with the food as we noted another guest was complaining at the same time as us.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 3rd floor are classified as a quiet zone
