We found the breakfast prices reasonable as for every 1 adult = 2 kids free and cheaper than even for 1 day at food on a holiday park is about £10-£13 with kids NOT free so no complaints there and the same for the hotel brill sleep and free-view tv and shower and bath in 1 and they also provide you with a bathmat a hand towel and bath sheet so saves space in suitcase also the staff in brewers Faye sorted seating* for 15 people for the baby shower with also serving all of us fish and chip buffet and Premier inn staff and the Brewers fare staff very welcoming happy cheerful and VERY helpful
The only major problem we had is the small amount of food from when we eat in the same seats at breakfast but other wise brill and hopping to return within the next few months
*SEATING BOOKED 1 WEEK AND A HALF IN ADVANCE

Room Tip: Always book in advance for events as can help the team plan for more food like we did if having buff...

This was such a good experience in terms of value for money and comfort - the rooms are basic but the bed is surprisingly comfy. What particularly made the stay for me (overnight business trip) was the friendliness of the reception staff (I had a couple of quibbles about my room not being 100% clean and this was dealt with promptly). Yvonne was the name of the lasy in recepeiotn I think - really brilliant. Breakfast was excellent and very good value, again lovely service and having left a tip on the table, Yvonne called my room to check that I had not fogotten money in the restaurant! Obviously local staff in this Birmingham hotel expect go the extra mile as a norm and in no way expect a tip. Good old fashioned friendly courtesy - a huge contrast to hotels in London.

Excellent check in service and real keys! Bedroom was on second floor. Bed was amazingly comfortable, sadly the pillows weren't and there were no alternatives in the wardrobe. Great shower. Spotlessly clean. Sadly no 'smoking' rooms which meant a few people congregating together in nightwear outside! The room is very hot but the hotel do supply a fan. The dinner in the attached Brewers Fayre was dreadful. Bad steak (more fat than flesh). Breakfast though was faultless with the most delicious scrambled egg ever! As I said, spotlessly clean, excellent sleep (fantastic mattress) and great breakfast. Yes, I would stay here again and yes I would recommend it.

Room Tip: all of the rooms are non smoking

What a great hotel. Super location, plenty of things to do (Hollywood Bowl, Cinema, restaurants, pub etc). The rooms are very modern and very large, the bathroom is of a good size too and spotlessly clean. As for the bed - wow!!! its sooooooo comfortable. The pub attached has a great menu and really good prices though I thought the breakfasts were a bit pricey for seven pounds but Morrisons is a 2 minute walk away so youre laughing. The only downside of the hotel was having to pay for wireless internet access, five pounds for one hour so we did without. The receptionist at this hotel is so nice and helpful, she gave us such a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone whether your'e a couple, lone traveller or with kids

Reception efficient , polite and cheerful.
Room clean, comfortable and with everything you would need in the bathroom. Bed clean and comfortable. Typical Premier Inn but you get what it says on the tin and it is very good value for money , no complaints.
No restaurant on the premises but as with many Premier Inns a Steak House next door.
