2 night stay here whilst in Birmingham. Great location for our needs. Room clean and fresh and comfortable. Double bed and also 2 single put up beds (previous stays in a TL and it's been the bed settee! This was FAR better) Parking VERY expensive (Maximum £12 and we hit £11 twice plus an additional £8) a concession with the Plaza management would really bring this into their own. Odeon straight across from the hotel, Bowling next door, Frankie & Bennies underneath and Costa also bang opposite. Subway and some other eateries just round the corner. Would choose this TL without hesitation again (expensive parking or not!)

I was surprised at excellent value i got for my money, although rates do fluctuate depending upon dates you choose but i still feel that the amount of service you get for that small amount of money was amazing. Very clean room and and comfortable bed.

I stayed at this travelodge on 13th November. I am disabled and the staff could not have been more helpful, they went far out of their way to help me with lots of different things. The room itself was comfortable and accessible. It is difficult for a person in a wheelchair [ with a suitcase ] to get from the car park to the hotel without support, but I found people in Birmingham so sympathetic, that they offered help before I had time to ask. The people on duty on this day were amazing and I want to thank them.

Travelodge do exactly what they claim, no more no less. This hotel is no different, its clean, comfortable & everything works.
On the downside, Broadway Plaza itself is not a particularly 'nice' area after dark, it has a casino & bowling alley which one could attract some less desirable people which makes it a little intimidating. There were some stewards or attendants there when I went out at about 7pm, but when I returned at 11.30 I was glad I was not a woman on my own!

Hey this is a Travelodge so we got exactly what we were expecting. Clean, quiet and cheap. We were up in Birmingham to go to a rock concert at the NIA and this hotel is nicely placed for that - easy walking distance from both the Arena and lots of nice restaurants at Brindley Place.
No hassles - easy check in and out - only slight hassle is that you have to park at the centres carp park at £12 per night but that isn't Travelodges fault.
If we go to another concert at the NIA this is were we will be staying.
