Six of us went to Jyoti a week ago on a Friday. Service so friendly, food really good that one of the group said "Do we need to eat meat again?" We had a range of dishes from samosas which were so fresh and crispy, chana curry rich and depth of flavour, special thali, Great variety and value for money. Looking forward to the next time

Went to Jyoti yesterday- 4th or 5th visit- would go more often if I lived closer. Had the thali- bursting with flavour. I'm a meat eater, but don't miss it at all here. The quality of the food more than makes up for it. Great to get something different to the usual High St curry.
Excellent value so well- I can see why Jamie Oliver and Antony Worrall Thompson have visited
Decor is simple- it's all about the food

Went here for lunch a couple of times and had the special thali and the masala dosa, both meals were delicious and authentic. Very relaxed friendly place & great value. BYO booze. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed in Solihul and were craving for vegetarian food, by chance we found JOYTI restaurant near Birmingham, when we rang for reservation we were told arrive in time of your booking otherwise we will miss our slot., I was bit annoyed with that comment but continued with my reservation. We arrived at the restaurant in time ,to my surprise there were people queuing
To go in and quite few waiting , now I understood why I was told to come on time.
The food was excellent and very tasty, service was great. The menu was full of good choice of dishes.it was home cooked and made me feel so homely.
Recommend you order good starters and have your own drink bought from nearby supermarket. You are allowed to bring your own drinks.

My first vegetarian meal! I have no idea what I have just eaten but it was absolutely delicious. Small family run, no frills dining, so refreshing.
Thank you for a very memorable meal.
