Went for a spot of Tea tonight, too early for Dinner and I'm from Yorkshire so a spot of Tea, my wife and I had the same prawn starter which was ok, nothing special, had a similar dish at Loch Fyne on Saturday night which was devine. Main meal was a pizza calzone, a personal favourite. All the ingredients were right, cooked right, good ham, spinach, sauce and cheese, just in completely the wrong quantities, too much ham and spinach (far too much), not nearly enough sauce and cheese, the balance was just wrong what a shame, I also like a little of the sauce poured over to to finish it off, otherwise it's just a load of dough.
My wife also had a pizza, BBQ chicken which she said was very nice.
Service was absolutely excellent, the place looks great inside and out, drinks where well priced and something that I love and every Italian MUST have grissoni to get the pallet started.
Overall we will definitely go again and try something different perhaps, the menu is vast.
