Me and my partner have came to stay here for a few days whilst he works in the area. When we arrived their where a note on the front doors saying to contact the lady of the house on the number given, we rang her and had to wait a short while whilst she got here to book us in and give us our keys, she then disapears againe, leaving us here in this big old house! there are several rooms and we have seen only a couple of other people pass through the house on the odd time to go outside for a ciggarett (as this is a non smoking house). You have free roam access to a very large tidy living room, with a tv and dvd player in their. Theres also a shared small kitchen with a fridge in that everybody can use and also a dining area with several tables and chairs to eat at. We have been here a few days now and have not came across anybody eles in any of the above named areas though! Their are several toliets and bathrooms through out the house. Their is loads of doors that lead to random parts of the house (abit like a maze). The parking area is fairly large, and their is a nice little front garden bit where you can sit and smoke if you wish. We havnt seen the other rooms but are assuming they are all more than likely to be very simular to ours. We have a double room, it has a medium wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, some more drawers with a small colour TV on next to a kettle and some cups, a (not in use) smallish fire place with mantle peice, and a big double bed (which by the way looks like a brand new mattress), its a fairly clean room but when we got here it was very cold and chilly but there is a radiator in the room to that u can turn on your self (soon warmed up). The only other thing that i forgot to mention was that the room had 3 spiders in (one small one middle sized and one big!) a few flys and a earwig!! we got rid of them all (well my partner did! :D and we havnt seen any since! like i said if you like to feel like theres nobody else in the world then this is the place for you! very quiet and secluded.
