One night stay for 2 adults and 1 child in a family room for £25, excellent value for money. Stayed in this hotel before, so chose to stay here again as it's very convenient for visiting family nearby.
Full breakfast a good deal, especially as child's breakfast is free.
Quiet hotel despite being in central Coventry.

Premier Inn Coventry City Centre is clean and quiet although small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Inn is new and in very nice location unlike some other Premier Inns.

Will stay again next time in Coventry

I stayed there this weekend and had a great time in this hotel, was greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome and that continued all the weekend. Staff were on had to cater to ever need. due to the storm we were unsure if our flight was leaving but the staff took over and checked with the airport ect. they had even checked us in and printed off our boarding passes the night before. the breakfast was lovely and extremely cheap £5.25 for an all you could eat continental breakfast. everything was fresh and tasty. and again staff were great.Location is perfect, just a short walk from the shops and the tourist spots or the theather is just around the corner.
I will be using this hotel again and can recommend it to anyone

An excellent experience which we will most certainly repeat. The accommodation was excellent and the staff were so cheerful and helpful we couldn't fault them. Parking a bit 'different' as you had to use the adjacent multi-storey but the Premier Inn did offer a discount on the overnight parking so not so bad for a city centre.

This was our third stay at a Premier Inn this year, having previously sampled Southampton and Swindon. I remain very impressed, all round. As usual, the price (£67) was very reasonable and the staff (reception and dining room) were very welcoming. They really looked like they enjoyed working there. I think it was Kirsty on Reception (lovely smile and very friendly) and Steve (very professional) in the dining room at breakfast. Both are great company representatives.

The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and the en suite was just what we wanted. When we left the next morning, we got a very cheery 'Goodbye' from Kirsty (hope that's her name, she deserves to be recognised).

Breakfast (additional charge of £8.25 for full English) was good value and more than enough to keep us going as we travelled back to Scotland. The restaurant was pretty busy (I love the fact you can eat between 7 and 11 on a Sunday), but very efficiently run, with all the waiting staff (including a trainee who already looked to be well at home) doing their bit.

The only minor gripe I have about this place is the age-old one of parking. In a city centre, this is always going to be a premium and we paid £7.50 for an overnight stay in a multi-storey. But this was only yards from the hotel, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants which meant we could abandon the car as soon as we were checked in.

If visiting Coventry again, this is definitely where I'd stay. I don't particularly like the Lenny Henry adverts, but he has definitely backed a winner here.

I stayed here for one night, and was very impressed. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. Even though my window looked out on the road I could not hear a thing. A very good hotel, excellent value, and made even better by the attitude of the staff
