Stayed here recently and this was a lovely hotel. Very convenient for us as we visited Warwick castle for the day. Room excellent, comfy beds, very friendly staff especially at breakfast time. The breakfast was so good with loads to choose from.

Little concerned about the reviews for the harvester nearby but it was great there. Had a twenty minute wait for a table and the food for what we paid was excellent. Refill drinks for my children for £2.40. The puddings were wonderful. The food was really good there and the staff were very friendly. Really good restaurant!

Would definitely stay here again!

Situated in a pleasant suburb in southern Coventry this Premier Inn is handy for the city centre, station and both of Coventry's universities (Coventry and the misleadingly titled Warwick) with easy access by car or bus. There is a sizeable M&S food store in the filling station opposite.

All staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Both the hotel and the surrounding area were extremely quiet during our one night stay (we were away from the Harvester / car park side which may not be so quiet) and rooms were very comfortable. Air conditioning was noiseless (yes, the extract at least was running).

Would have been 5 star but for one or two admittedly minor niggles - there is no flat surface in the shower for soap or shampoo and a corridor fire door needed adjusting. We did not have time for breakfast but would certainly stay again..

Room Tip: Probably best to avoid rooms facing onto the car park if you like to leave your window open at night

If your travel schedule calls for accommodation near Coventry, you can be assured of the usual Premier qualities and facilities at this hotel. Easy access yet a surprisingly quiet location.
The personnel and 'welcome' are especially warm here. Breakfast is unusually good in being prepared to order on site.

However, beware your expectations at the adjacent Harvester - convenient and a very attractive Harvester menu, with the salad bar very appealing. My recent visit was ruined by overbooking and under staffing, to such an extent that the arrangements were a shambles and more than an hour passed from ordering until we walked out still without food. Very disappointing. (Note - the Harvester is very close by, but is NOT part of Whitbread/Premier group and so the hotel has no recourse over the management, which apparently causes them some concern on quite regular occasions).

Room Tip: All rooms seem to offer a good night's sleep, as disturbance is minimal, if any.

The staff were chatty and welcoming, but also very helpful. Everytime i popped out for a ciggie after 12am they were joking and talking to me :). When I needed help finding a nail bar when i checked out they gave me their copy of the yellow pages and offered ofr me to use the phone.

For the low prices the room was VERY GOOD VALUE. The rooms were relatively spacious, stocked with hot drinks and towels!

Stayed one night for our daughters wedding as she had their reception about five minutes away. The staff were very nice and they left a card in my daughters and her new husbands room. The rooms were very nice and clean and they even have two pillows too choose from, a soft pillow or a firm one. Breakfast was very nice, my husband had the full English and I chose the continental. You can have has much as you like and it was all cooked fresh. We are staying at a Premier Inn in Liverpool soon and I hope it is as nice as this one. Would definitely stay again.
