Stayed here for 4 nights while away on business. It was the lowest price hotel in Coventry and I only wanted a bed for the night. You get what you pay for and I wasn't dissapointe. Like other comments there is mould, stains etc but the bed was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water for a bath (shower was broken). It suited my needs, but wouldn't recomend the place for a romantic or weekend getaway. Perfect for a cheap business traveller

Room Tip: try to get lower floor rooms - no lift

No joke this place is horrible and i believe animals cant even stay in this hotel !! this place stink and beds are so uncomfortable like they are hundred years old , blood stains on bedsheets like u r in a brothel not in a hotel. i changed my room cos of the stinking drug and sweat smell but the other room was almost the same .blanket stink and u cant even take them on . shower dont even work proper . staff is flirting specially the receptionist khan . this place is so unhygenic and i am going to complaint quality control department for sure!! and if u get any review in favor of this hotel thats going to be from the hotel people themselves not from any person who stayed there and paid for this brothel !!

Room Tip: The worst hotel or maybe a brothel in the name of hotel!!

Mouldy, dirty, noisy. I suggest you avoid if you can. It was cheap to be fair and they did keep the bar open for us. Didn't stick around to try the food as the unhigenic rooms put us off. On the positive side, it is cheap and close to the city centre.

Bottom line with this hotel, you get what u pay for....... Paid £30 per night for 2 nights, whilst visiting family. Didn't expect the Ritz, after reading previous trip advisor comments about cleanliness especially. We were given our room by the helpful receptionist, bedding clean, but no loo roll, no heating, kettle full of descale, tv, which only had radio channels, and no duvet. Given room 31, which was okay, with all things there missing from first room. Bathroom badly damaged, but bath ok, sink blocked, but sorted. For non smoking hotel, every room around us had marijuana smokers, we had to place towel under door. Wouldn't stay again, but like I said, you get what you pay for, definitely should be downgraded to 1 star. Staff helpful though. Shame as it would not take much to make this place perfect, lick of paint, carpets cleaned and housekeeping staff that cleaned everywhere, top to bottom.

Room Tip: Pick room 31, otherwise you will hate this hotel.

booked it last minute i was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews but the place surprised me. its near to the train station and it is really cheap. the restaurant serves amazing food. the inside of the hotel needs a little improvement but i think thats why its cheap.

Room Tip: if you are looking to save money and have a transport issue this is the place to be.
