Have been in here many a time to enjoy a good pint of ale after the traumas of Coventry shopping or as a meeting point prior to the theatre. I had noticed that they did food so decided to nip in before Christmas and see what the choices were....I wasn't dissappointed. The menu has a great selection of main meals and lighter options and after looking enviably at what fellow diners were enjoying I plumped for a lovely cajun haddock salad. The price might seem a little expensive for a pub but definitely worth it for the taste and the portion of fish was great, accompanied by lovely new potatoes and salad....will definitely be back and depending on the timing will try and get another meal in!
