Cheap overnight stay. I had hoped for slightly more from the pictures.
Staff were very friendly, but the decor is tired! Little appeal to rear garden.
Good breakfast though, functional and you get what you pay for.

Went with the family last Sunday for afternoon tea. All in all it was very enjoyable and I would go again. The mismatched china cups and saucers were a nice touch and the warm scones were to die for!!! Sandwiches were good too. I'd have liked a bit more choice in the fancy cakes ideally.
Also rather than sitting in the main dining room with people having dinners, it would be nice to have it served in another area, where I noticed sofas. The staff were friendly.

We stayed here recently for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good and it wasn't over priced.
The room we were in had recently been refurbished and was excellent, spacious, bright really nice bathroom and all amenities were good. We were at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of noise from the road which was the only bad point. The bed was comfortable, all in all no complaints on the room front.
The menu could do with a bit of attention on its presentation.
Overall a convenient stop over with helpful staff, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms and decent food and all at a reasonable price.

Room Tip: Front facing are noisy due to road and car park at front

We used the Brooklands Grange for our wedding reception. They did a brilliant job and we can't thank them enough for making it just lovely. We wanted a relaxed and fairly informal celebration, the conservatory and grounds were just perfect. The food was excellent and the staff did their utmost to ensure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended by our guests who stayed over.

We booked in July as a stop over to Southampton. The staff were very friendly and the garden amazing!!! the room was a little tired but great for the price. I know some rooms have been refurbished but we were happy. we spent a long time in the garden which had recently been done up and superb. Our daughter loved running up and down and looking at the horses- a great stay.

This hotel was good value at £50 bed and breakfast. The room was clean and although the decor was a little dated it was very comfortable. We ate in the dining room and the food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if visiting this area
