.....the most perfectly cooked venison steak with roasted beets, swede purée, parsnip crisps and a fabulous rich dark chocolate jus!!!! This is SO much more than our 'local'!! Always love the organic Honeydew, but also had a great black Shiraz tonight. Great service from our Lana as usual and also Lauren. Was just meant to be a main course supper but they had the wonderful pear and almond tart again with the best homemade nutmeg ice cream.....what else could we do?!! Very happy supper x
