“Excellent tucked away accommodation, very clean and has all essentials needed for a good stay.”
Reviewed 20 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

This is an excellent accommodation in the wonderful town of Arundel. The owners provided some essential food items and toiletries which was a good touch. Very Private and of a high standard.

“Believe the Hype!”
Reviewed 28 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Often reviews can be gushing and over the top but please believe the previous entries are in no way exaggerating what a wonderful place the cottage is. Two main reasons, first the feeling of absolute privacy and tranquility second the superb attention to detail throughout. The decor and comfort is exquisite, Michelle (the owner) has gone to great lengths to think of everything her guests could need including a lovely welcome basket of food. We stayed for three nights and felt sad to leave such a lovely haven of peace and relaxation.

“Stunning to every tiny detail - absolute treasure!”
Reviewed 21 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

After researching the small town of Arundel, my boyfriend and I came across Benjamin Cottage on Trip Advisor and picked up the phone after reading the fantastic reviews. The cottage lived up to the lovely reviews and more. Perfectly situated in the centre, nearly everything is available in a 5-10 minute walk from Benjamin Cottage. We didn't use the car once all weekend!
Michelle was so helpful leading up to our stay - advising us on places to eat, providing directions and advice on where best to park etc. The fact the cottage has it's own entrance is a massive perk, as coming back quite late after the live music in the Red Lion and a midnight stop at the chinese (always fun), we were conscious we didn't want to disturb neighbours late at night - however it is so tucked away we wouldn't have anyway!
Michelle's exceptional attention to detail is reflected in every nook and cranny of this adorable little dwelling - I have never seen a small space so well utilised and well stocked! Gorgeous interior design and taste as well!
Completely sold on this gorgeous getaway and will be recommending it to friends and family and will definitely be coming back when it is hot and sunny!
Thank you for everything Michelle!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage is full of nice touches, the hosts lit garden candles before our arrival, made sure all the essentials (and non essentials!) were provided, and we were made welcome but also had our privacy. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful find tucked away at the end of a pretty garden! Everything you could possibly need including a wide variety of provisions - nothing had been forgotten. The accommodation was beautifully presented and Michelle couldn't have been more helpful both when booking and when we arrived.

This was the best holiday rental place I have ever visited and the owner was the kindest! We were late arriving since the Sat Nav seemed to bring us by a bizarre route from our home near Henley and the traffic locally was awful due to the dreadful accident at Shoreham. But not only was she not cross but came out to find and greet us. So kind was she that my daughter immediately warmed to her and hugged her! My daughter then also found a little crocheted (Benjamin) bunny on the bed to welcome her when we went inside and was over the moon! I had forgotten to bring milk but need not have worried as there was the finest food in a hamper for us on our arrival and organic milk in the refrigerator. We had the best holiday even though the weather was awful as the accommodation was so cosy and gorgeous. The ever kind and thoughtful Michelle brought my daughter some DVDs to entertain her should she want to watch these rather than brave the elements! We will be going back as soon as we are able!
