The Travelodge was easy to find and local to the surrounding area which we visited, due to family problems it was well suited for our needs,The room was well decorated and clean, and the staff was very friendly and new about what was close to the Travelodge

We always stay the car park side because this is a lot quieter than the road (A27) side. This travelodge has been recently re-vamped and the rooms we stayed in were excellent. The beds are divine to sleep on and we had a good night's sleep. This TL is very well located, near to lots of places to visit. Arundel, Chichester, Bognor, Littlehampton are all on the door step and within easy reach. Adjacent to the lodge there is a Burger King and Little Chef. The breakfast at the Little Chef is excellent. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, especially Molly the manageress and Malcolm and there are always special offer voucher to be found on the net. if you are considering staying at this lodge then consider a room on the car park side facing the garage.

Car park was terrible with full litter bins everywhere, no shower gel in room and emergency razors not available at reception. The occupants of the room above were noisy stamping around until 11 pm then they were up a 6 am doing the same

Stayed here last year while in the area for work and was on the car park side of building and the stay was fine.

This year i was given a room on the road side of the building and the double glazing did nothing to drown out the road noise.
Thankfully this died down as the time went on.

They have given the room features an update at this location and the room had a new much more comfortable mattress, 4 fluffy pillows
(Better than you'd get in a premier inn) and a cosy duvet which resulted in a very comfortable and good nights sleep.

Road noise aside the stay was as good as you'd expect from a travelodge or similar. The staff were friendly, helpful and check in was easy.

I don't think they cleaned the bathroom as well as they should have as was clear the toilet had not had a thorough clean inside the bowl
But otherwise the room was very clean and airy with everything you'd expect to find.

Plenty of car parking available too.

All in all a good stay in a convenient location with a petrol station, little chef next door and pub just across the road by the other travelodge (fontwell park)
Check out its reviews on here if you are thinking of going there.
Breakfast at little chef is good way to start day and i got a 10% voucher with my travelodge booking online.

The newly refurbished room made a good first impression and the new double bed was excellent. The single bed & pillow were obviously older and not the same quality or condition. The room was only made up for 2 although the booking was for 3. A word with gent in reception resulted in everything sorted out in double quick time. The car park was too small and we parked on the slip road by the petrol station.

The hotel is tired. The staff service is just about adequate. The shower curtain looked like a footballer had just cleaned off after a muddy game. Coffee stains on sideboard. Oh, plus a peeping tom at midnight, no CCTV, so staff said there wasn't much we could do...

On arrival at the hotel we were kindly greeted at reception and the team member was very helpful. The room was well presented very clean and everything worked. There is everything you need in a hotel room and things available at reception. I liked the fact that the hotels are consistently very good having stayed at others and of course good value for money.
