ok, much the same inside as any premier inn, outside looking a little shabby.
room not made up on arrival so had to switch room, staff very good though.
plenty easy parking, the main benefit of this hotel is its location on the edge of Arundel also 3 miles from the coast a plus for any type of tourist.

Stayed for 1 night last weekend. Excellent value, good location, £5 cab into Arundel. Didn't eat there so no comment on that but rooms very good and staff very good to. Arundel is excellent for antiques and plenty of pubs for the evening, most with live music at weekends. We had a good evening in the Red Lion

Located outside of Arundel about 15 minutes walk to the town. Stayed two nights and enjoyed an excellent sleep both nights. Hotel was very quiet. Breakfast, at extra cost, was satisfactory with continental and English available. Staff were good.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend for value stay.

This is a good hotel with friendly staff who try hard to please. It is a well situated hotel and we use it a few times a year.
On our latest stay the keycards for the room had to be changed 3 times as they would not open the room door, though worked fine with the main door.
The problem is that this is a budget hotel, but not a budget price. Over £100 for one night and breakfast !

Room Tip: Rooms at the back overlooking the rear car park are the quietest

Standard premier inn room except fewer sockets near the desk. My room overlooked a brick wall which made it feel very closed in so I was glad that it was close to sunset. The door looks as though it had a chain but doesn't any more. It was clean, however, some of the bathroom tiles need fresh grout. The bed was comfortable. The heating didn't work so fortunately it was a warm evening.

Car parking is slightly confusing as there are 2 entrances for the hotel and restaurant from the busy A27. The closeness of the A27 mean that it is a noisy location.

It was fine for one night at the price I paid.

Room Tip: As far from the A27 as possible and not looking on to a brick wall.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and you found our hotel to below average. All bedroom chains have been removed from bedroom doors due to recommendations from West Sussex Fire Service, all bedroom doors do have dead locks on the doors to prevent any unauthorised access to your room and to make you feel more secure. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

I have stopped at a number of Premier Inns and generally speaking they have been quite good.

At this one the staff were absolutely great, very cheerful and very helpful, really good.

Having said that the room we had was no brilliant, very spartan, and dull, and the bed was very firm, so cannot say I got a good night's sleep, I didn't for the two nights I stayed here.

Once again the staff if the restaurant was very helpful and very cheerful, food for breakfast very good.

Room Tip: Can only go by our room, downstairs very dull and quite dark, ask to check out rooms first !
