we booked this hotel for 1 night away from home for a birthday treat after recently having chemotherapy treatment and a bmt... apart of my recovery is still to be isolated as much as possible from the general public and not eat out as i am still immune supressed, when explaining this to maurice on reception he very kindly offered to arrange for us to sit in the resturant in a secluded booth and also explained to thr resturant staff about the food assured me it was cooked to order . when we arrived at the resurant later that evening we were shown to our booth and there were ballons on the table which was very touching . we had a fabulous meal and retired back to our room .The next morning we went back to the resturant and was seated in the same place and had breakfast freshly cooked to order and the manager ( didnt catch his name ) brought over a little muffin with a candle in for my birthday again so very thoughful , we cannot fault one single thing about our stay and without any doubt would stay again . the staff were outstanding and the room was spotless clean and very comfortable highly recommended .

Thank you for your recent review on your stay at Arundel Premier Inn, I am extremely pleased to hear that the Team at both the Hotel and Beefeater were able to keep you as isolated as possible, and ensure that you felt comfortable in your surroundings. We hope you had a good birthday and wish you all the best in your journey of recovery! We hope to see you again in the near future. Thank you once again for your kind review.

Stayed for one night when visiting the area for a wedding. Premier Inns are usually our preferred options for short breaks because of their good standard. The Premier Inn at Arundel is the best we have stayed in. The service both in the hotel and the adjacent Beefeater restuarant was brilliant. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful and could not have been more welcoming. The room in the hotel was clean and perfect for a short stay. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the Beefeater and could not fault the service and quality of the food. All in all an excellent experience all round.

We arrived mid-morning due to a cracked car windscreen. Asking if we could park earlier Sheila on reception offered to store our bags if needed, very much appriciated. After lunching in the adjacent Beefeater Sheila got us into our room a little early to allow us to dry out and warm up, a very nice gesture. Room was as we have come to expect from Premier Inn, clean and tidy. Our room was at the rear of the hotel so was lovely and quiet. We have no hesitation is recommending this Premier Inn.

Stayed at this hotel on 29th November 2013. Was awake all night with loud traffic noise from adjacent main road. Notified staff on 30th that I wished to invoke the so-called 'Guaranteed good nights sleep' and requested a refund. 3rd of December rang hotel (at premium rate) to find out when refund would be credited to my credit card. Told it took 2/3 days from time processed - they said it had been done. Sent a note to Premier Inn complaints suggesting they should process this faster. Sent second note to Premier Inn complaints 10th December - still no refund. No response from Premier Inn complaints and still no refund. Here's one regular user who is now thinking of staying elsewhere in future!

Room Tip: Don't let them put you in room 32 (unless you are deaf)

Premier Inns are pretty standard, so there is not too much to say. This one is a short drive from Arundel, so handy for a wide area of Sussex countryside and coast. Check in was efficient. The room was clean and it had all I needed and, apart from a broken hair dryer, everything worked well. The towels and pillows were good. My room was on the first floor and it overlooked the residents car park and it was very quiet ( rooms 25, 27, 29, 31). The bed was comfortable. 30 minutes free wi-fi per day is included in the room rate - though I think all hotels should provide free wi-fi 24/7. There is a Beefeater Restaurant next door. The food was good, reasonably priced and the staff pleasant. A great, inexpensive place to stay.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the residents car park ( 25, 27, 29, 31) were quiet.

Offers the usual Premier Inn advantages , especially for families. But notable that all the staff we spoke to were extra welcoming and helpful. A cut above what one usually expects in chain hotels. 5 min drive into Arundel. Recommend The Townhouse for dinner.

ok, much the same inside as any premier inn, outside looking a little shabby.
room not made up on arrival so had to switch room, staff very good though.
plenty easy parking, the main benefit of this hotel is its location on the edge of Arundel also 3 miles from the coast a plus for any type of tourist.
