Very disappointed with carvery. Three of four meals satisfactory, the fourth very substandard - meat inedible. First visit to this establishment and certainly the last. I would have expected far better at £10.95 ph. I have spoken to Nags Head and not interested with customer complaint.

Still hot generous portion of boiled ham - like my mum used to make. Two nice fresh eggs plus bubble which was full of veggies and very nice. Congrats - you've thought this through. Partner enjoyed Thai fish cakes as well, with chips as requested. Wine on the expensive side (nearly £5.00 for 175cl).

Room Tip: Didn't stay there, just with a walk from town.

Loved the ambience and location. The rooms were ok but clean and plenty comfortable but our room was like a sauna but we had to keep the window closed as the road outside is so noisy, the buildings act perform some acoustic phenomonum that means every car that goes past sounds like a juggernaut, it's incredibly loud and the road is extremely busy all through the night. Parking is not free but we were lucky the pay machine was broken. Breakfast was lovely.

The Nags is a lovely traditional public house, near the centre of Chichester. I have heard great things about the carvery and I was not disappointed. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. It was good value for money. I would recommend this pub to everyone of all ages.

Had a great time in this hotel, the carvery was excellent and good value, the rooms, although small were comfortable, clean and had character near town centre and has atmouphere. Has car parking at rear.

Room Tip: GOODWOOD was the name of our room
