Never stayed, but regularly have coffee here and recently had lunch. Love it - although perhaps the owners need to take a closer look at what's going on there on a daily basis re staff and staff issues. The manager is perhaps living in a different time re HR, but that's a personal thought. Love the refurb, love the ambience! unsure as to why the menu has been reduced but still very lovely
