We were greeted with a warm welcome (as well as a cuppa and cake!). Excellent location - only a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Chichester. We were in room 2 at the back of the house - was bright with a big bathroom! Breakfast was delicious - a special mention must go to the eggy bread! Perfect hosts - very knowledgable about the area and recommended us places to explore as well as to eat and drink. Would definately go back!

Never judge a book by it's cover, the same here. When inside it is a totally wonderful experience, the food, standard of fittings, done in a modern style, have been chosen by caring people as part of their home not just a business and it shows when you meet them. Always attentive but not pushy and with a sense of humour too. I agree with the previous two reviews too. We were in the cheapest (smallest?) room facing the front and had no problems with traffic noise or space. As others have said hot water, towels, bed comfort all first class. Highly Recommended.

Excellent B&B, did exactly what we needed. Lovely room, large comfortable bed, very clean and spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast, try the home made brown sauce - it's good. We will definitely stay at Musgrove again next time we are in the area.

A warm welcome and a stylish, tastefully decorated B&B. We stayed in bedroom one which had a very large bathroom, including shower and bath, great toiletries and quality fittings, all worked really well and plenty of hot water. The bed was extremely comfortable and a stylish ceiling fan provided a cooling breeze, if needed. We thought the hanging area was of a good size and provided plenty space including a set of drawers. The tea making tray was well stocked with teas etc and fresh milk was available. The location is on a small crossroads and may look off putting but the double glazing works very well and we had no concerns at all, very good nights sleep. It is so nice to be able to walk into the city and not have to worry about parking or driving after a meal. A very good english breakfast in the sunny little dining room with all one needed to be set up for the days shopping. A very easy and comfortable place to stay, many thanks.
We also went out to the "Crab & Lobster" at Sidlesham on Saturday evening and had a fantastic meal, you definitely need to book

There just isn't any cause for complaint. What more can I say. Well......

Good location just outside city centre, easy stroll into town, and with private off street parking (not much available that close to city centre). Don't be put off that it looks a little "out of town" on the map, Chichester is pretty small, so it's only a short walk.

Lovely people, very welcoming and helpful. The place is absolutely spotless, tastefully decorated, good room facilities (massive bath/shower in our room, ipod dock, just help make all a bit nicer), comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order, and excellent.

Hats off to the proprietors - they're doing it right.

Friendly and welcoming hosts, clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely crisp towels in the modern shower room. Bed nice and comfy. Excellent breakfast. There are not many B & Bs in Chichester but this has to be at the top of the tree. Just the job.

at this B&B. I go along with the previous comments - friendly welcome from very helpful proprietors, lovely décor, everything clean, excellent breakfasts and very convenient for the town centre. The house is at a busy-ish crossroads - sound insulation is very good so we slept peacefully in our room at the front, but in summer with the window open it might be a different matter. There is also a bright street light right outside - again, the shutters in the bedroom cut out most of it,

Room Tip: Room 2 is at the back - less noise and no street light glare.
