Stayed at Chichester Premier Inn for one night (Friday) with family. The check in/rooms/breakfast/service were all spot on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this visit in any way. My experience of this visit was similar to my other recent visits to Premier Inn.
Well done and keep it up.

Stayed here on a weekend - the staff were very good and the breakfast EXCELLENT!

Accepting that this was a budget hotel the room I was in was very good - comfortable, quiet enough and did the job. Okay some lights did not work but you're not there for the room experience.

Certainly would recommend it and would use it again - very convenient for Chichester centre.

Stayed 2 nights for a walking weekend on the South Downs with a group of friends.Easy to find (very close to the train station), plenty of parking, quite and comfortable. Nothing flashy just straight forward. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and looked after every day , Very good breakfasts. Recommend it

This hotel is in an ideal location, just 10-12 minutes walk into the centre of the city and only a few minutes from the rail station. Despite being located on a leisure park we found this hotel very quiet and the room large and comfortable. For those who relish the Premier breakfast, here it is cooked to order but you can still order as much as you want. The staff are very good and eager to please. My only gripe would be that they were slow to clear and wipe tables in the bar area.

Love Premier Inn, but Chichester is a bit tatty and the Mattress we slept on was rock hard. On the plus side the staff are excellent. Glad they have a good night's sleep guarantee because when we didn't we got our money back. Made the fact I walked around shopping all day tired more bearable!!

This is the first time we have ever stayed in a Premier Inn and if this is what they are all like, then we'll book Premier Inn again! The location is ideal for Chichester and the cathedral - it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel - you go through the leisure park, over the canal and along the street soon to go past many lovely shops and restaurants. Talking of restaurants, we didn't use the one in the Premier Inn (sorry Premier Inn!) and I'm surprised they have one as the 'leisure park' where the hotel is situated have plenty of places to eat......Nandos, Frankie & Benny, Llloyds no.1. Wetherpsoons, KYC, McD.....infact we skipped having breakfast at the Premier Inn and walked across to the Wetherspoons for good value breakfast.
The staff at the hotel were lovely - very polite and welcoming and actually seemed pleased to have us stay there.....well done for getting it right (so many other establishments could learn from this small but all important detail....).
As for the rooms, we were impressed by how clean they were. We had a room on the 2nd floor and we were road facing. The road is pretty noisy if you open the windows (which we did as the room was too hot for our liking) although you can't open the window very far due to security. This would be my only moan about the road noise so if you think this may be an issue with you, then request a room which is at the front of the hotel overlooking the car park which should be much quieter. There is stacks of free car parking and we stayed on Good Friday but getting a space wasn't a problem at all. I'm impressed that Premier Inn advertise that they will guarantee you a good nights sleep or your money back! Not sure how they can gauge what a good nights sleep is but we slept well.....beds nice and comfy, good pillow choice and our room was at the far end of the corridor so no passing guests making noise which was a bonus!
Chichester itself is a lovely place to visit (we're ashamed to say we hadn't been there before even though it's only 90 minute journey away for us). I'm sure we will return and when we do, we would certainly re-book the Premier Inn for our stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the car park if you don't want road noise (can be heard if windows op...
