Stayed hear for two nights while on business in November.Room spacious and well equipped.Bed a bit hard for my likening .Staff friendly and verry helpful.Breakfast on first morning was waiter service(the sausage was cold and rubbery) the second morning buffet style(if you don't like scrambled egg just ask for fried or poached). The lift is so slow IT'S QUICKER TO TAKE THE STAIRS!. I will stay hear again as it has a good atmosphere and is well placed. If catching a flight leave in good time as the traffic is horrendous .

Room Tip: Get a room on the ground floor the lift takes an age!

Stayed here for two nights through Mighty deals.Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Large, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was fine and efficiently served.Well-placed and easy to find just off the M606 making it ideal for Bradford and Leeds in particular. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very comfortable room. Well equipped apart from being no hand towels,,,,,only supply bath towels & no plastic beakers for cleaning teeth! Room 12 , quiet, clean & tidy no complaints. Bed extremely comfortable. Very hearty breakfast on both mornings, the first was plated , 2nd morning buffet style.Plenty & hot. Tried a meal in the dining room, very nice & again plentiful,,beer a bit pricey though. Would definitely stay again for the close proximity to the city centre.

First appearance Concrete block with windows, but on entering we got a pleasant suprise the inside was bright and modern ,a little clinical but very nice. staff were efficient and friendly .Room was large and well fitted out spotless but bed was a bit to firm. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could desire and served nice and hot. The only fault was the siting of the hotel which was on an industrial estate.

We received a warm welcome, the room was large and comfortable and clean, staff friendly and very helpful.

Also dog friendly, although we arrived late in the evening once they had stopped serving food the reception staff provided take away menus and recommendations for us and ensured once our meal was delivered that we had warm plates and cutlery to eat off of.

Breakfast was good, a very pleasant budget hotel which we would use again.

Room Tip: good economical hotel

this place looks awful from the outside - but don't let this cloud judgement

even though the hotel was full the staff coped fine and were very pleasant
the rooms are large , clean and warm - bed was also comfortable - so what more do you want for a very reasonable 60 quid

the breakfast was also better than my expectations - clearly not going to win any awards but a reasonable choice - full English, cereal etc

would stay again as somewhere cheap

Room Tip: ground floor was fine with no noise from roads or neighbours

This is a hotel that I would never advise any person to stay at. I booked because of the great reviews. These people who gave good reviews were extremely lucky. It may be a lovely hotel but looks are not everything. It was not explained to me that I would not have a shower but a bath which I am unable to get into as I am physically disabled and use a wheelchair. This was explained to the receptionist when I booked. Many other problems arose including TV not tuned into channels and the basic normal Chanel's you could not get, also you cannot use wifi as it was stated anywhere in the hotel. I stayed two nights and was so happy to be going home. I spoke to the Manager of the hotel who is the most arrogant man I have ever spoken to. I have had £17.94 refund as a gesture of good will, which is ridiculous after the amount of problems I encountered. After just again speaking to the manager, trying to resolve the problems again I got no co-operation. If you want a nice relaxing time in a hotel AVOID AT ALL COSTS DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE ME USE A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

Room Tip: Look at guests photos and reviews
