Have stayed in this hotel before. It is very much the same as other 3star hotels. Had dinner delivered to the room and it was enjoyable. There was nothing wrong with the food. Had breakfast every morning but there does need to be more variety of meats etc for the continental breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. It is centrally placed for eady access to a lot of places. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will go back again.

Room Tip: You sleep in your room, not live in it, so its not really a problem. Upstairs rooms are always quie...

My team and I do everything we can to drive really good customer service, so every guests leaves with the thought of coming back

I introduced room service to this hotel just over a year ago to accommodate every guests requirement as I fully people like to relax in their room of an evening

Your feedback about a great breakfast to fantastic to read. We have just launched a new breakfast concept which includes a wider scope of things available such as Marmite, Nutella and dried fruit and nuts

After reading several negative reviews I stayed at Campanile Bradford with an open mind. I stayed for 3 nights and could not fault this hotel in anyway. I think some people expect far too much for what they are paying. Compared to Premier Inns the campanile is a step up and half the price. The room could not be faulted and so nice that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The room was spotless and very large. The staff were attentive and very polite as for the buffet style breakfast, so much choice and everything was all laid out beautifully. The last time I stayed at a premier inn I was asked how many sausages and rashers of bacon I would like, it was like they were trying to make you feel guilty for asking for too much. I had an evening meal and again couldn't be faulted. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

My wife and I spent the August Bank Holiday on a Wowcher deal (2 nights bed and full, cooked breakfast for £50) and were impressed with the size of rooms and in-room facilities...tea/coffee etc, free wi-fi throughout the building(excellent reception),very efficient air-con,very comfortable and spacious bed (much more comfortable than a recent stay at a Premier Inn!) and a tv that was considerably bigger than the postage stamp sized sets often supplied in similar places...the fact that all channels were received with no interference was a bonus! The breakfast was excellent in every way and set us up really well for our days out visiting;the restaurant menu was not extensive but very well priced, meals served hot and freshly cooked, and perfectly adequate in portion size;all meals could be ordered via room service(free if over £15 spent...£1.50 charge if under that).
However,bar prices were very expensive.
Our one big criticism was that, while bar and restaurant facilities were available,it was often difficult to find staff to serve customers, who would regularly have to go knocking on doors to find anyone to assist..we witnessed several visitors turn round and leave because of this.
The hotel was situated at the entrance to an industrial estate, which doesn't sound very attractive, does it? However,it is ideally located for ease of access to motorway/major routes serving the Dales and Moors,as well as the local cities of Bradford,Huddersfield,Halifax, etc.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here for the night (Sat 23rd Aug) whilst on a National Holidays coach trip. Pretty obvious the coach company get a "good deal" with this chain of hotels otherwise why on earth would they allow their clients to be treated like cattle. Queue for dinner, queue for breakfast, "don't sit in that section"....awful. The evening meal included was a disaster. There was suppose to be a choice of two main courses, either fish or chilli concarne, however with at least half of the coach still to be served we were told there was no more fish. So it was chilli concarne or nothing! What a disgrace. They obviously allocate a certain amount of food per session and when its gone its gone. What hotel only has two mains then runs out of one? There were mainly elderly folk on our coach and they were let down badly by the hotels lack of thought and greed. And the food wasn't very good either, veg severely undercooked and the chilli was pretty poor to say the least. The breakfast was only slightly better but again they ran out of food, people queueing for 15mins waiting for items to come out of the kitchen. People standing around waiting for cold meats after asking several different members of
staff for top ups to be brought out...then nothing happening.
We asked to move from the first room we'd been allocated because it smelt of cigarette smoke and it was a double rather than a twin we'd requested on booking. The second room was better, smelt fresh but still a double but with the addition of a 3rd bed which was a single pushed right up against the wall under the window. Certainly not ideal but we had no choice as they had run out of twin rooms.
They say you get what you pay for and that is certainly true with this hotel. Cheap but not so cheerful I'm afraid. Would I stay here again?...not by choice I wouldn't. If you don't have to then I suggest you pay a bit more and stay elsewhere. I know why coach companies use this hotel, its all about making money. Cheap deal means more profit for the coach company and rooms being filled for the hotel. Our bus driver hit the nail on the head when we were leaving..."did you enjoy your night in Fawlty Towers?!"....says it all.

Stayed here with my partner on a wowcher deal, on arrival we were very rudely notified that we had printed the wrong information off, the blonde lady at reception had no customer service skills what so ever n looked as though she'd just woke up , the way she spoke to us was disgusting n she was no help at all, we finally got to the room n shortly after noticed there was a dirty sanitary towel in our bathroom bin, I took the bag down to reception and didn't even got a sorry, apart from that the room was clean n comfortable as was the rest of the hotel.Breakfast was ok but nothing more than that.

We enjoyed a two night stay in this hotel so that we could enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. It ia ideallysituated for the Yorkshire Moors and Dales and for Bradford itself which has an interesting city centre and a wonderful industrial museum. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast good and all for an amazingly good price. The staff were polite and helpful. The free wifi was good both in our room and public areas.
