“Absolutely fabulous!”

Our stay was perfect in every way. Glenda and David are perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The cottage is amazing and extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back.

“Fantastic location and lovely cottage”
Reviewed 22 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

Very exciting to be right in the centre of the action on Haworth's Main Street. Even though it was February, the shops and cafes were open and it is a lovely street with fabulous views. Parking at top of the road worked well too. Cottage well-equipped and cosy.

“Great cottage in fantastic location”
Reviewed 20 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

Had a wonderful week in the cottage, everything is catered for, it is a comfy cosy place to stay, and the location is fantastic, right in the middle of Haworth Main Street. Our host Glenda, was wonderful, and she left us a lovely welcome pack. We arrived late, on a cold night, to a warm and bright cottage with Xmas tree all decorated, lights flashing and all! Magic

“Amazing last min find”
Reviewed 28 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

This place is amazing,

Brilliant location - literally right on Main Street.

Everything you need and nice and clean

Owners are lovely and left us a really generous welcome pack.

One slight criticism - the double bed was really really soft mattress which wasn't to our liking.

Thank you

Management Response
11 Nov 2015
Thank you for your review and contructive comment about the the mattress. Previous guests remarked on how comfortable and soft it was so I never actually thought there was a problem. However, on checking for myself I realised we did need a replacement, so we now have a brand new silentnight pocket sprung mattress. I hope you will come again. Regards, Glenda.

“A homelike comfy cottage in a lovely historic village”
Reviewed 20 August 2015 for a stay in June 2015

On arrival we found lovely clean beds made up, along with linen changes and towels. The kitchen was partially stock with things to get us started so we didn't have to go searching for groceries. Right across the street just steps away a very nice eatery with a tasty breakfast. Glenda was there to greet us and make us feel at home. We had her phone number and all we had to do was call if we needed anything or any questions answered.
Parking just a short walk away. The local shop merchants were very friendly and also
the pubs. All in all a lovely vacation. A sweet Bon Voyage call on the evening before we left as we were sipping a glass of complimentary wine. Thanks Glenda !

“Wonderful cottage in Haworth”
Reviewed 6 June 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Glenda's village house was exactly what we dreamed of when booking our stay in Haworth. Located right in the middle of everything and just a few steps away from the coffee shops, bakeries, pubs, shops and restaurants. Almost everything there is to see or do in Haworth is literally at your doorstep. The house itself was beautiful and provided us with the Yorkshire village living we traveled so far to experience. The beds, bath and kitchen were all excellent, including the lovely bread and other small "surprises" waiting for us in the fridge. We were lucky enough to go to the wonderful Bronte Parsonage Museum (also located just a few steps away) on Charlotte Bronte's 199th birthday and make a toast with the president of the Bronte Society at the local pub!

“Lovely cottage in great location”
Reviewed 31 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We wanted to spend a couple of days exploring Haworth and the surrounding area with our two daughters. No.66 Main Street was a perfect base from which to do this. All communication with Glenda was clear and friendly and helpful, the welcome pack was filled with basic essentials and some treats too. The cottage was clean and comfortable and well equipped. It was a reasonable price. The locals were so friendly, especially the chocolate shop man and the bakery staff who cooked us sausage and bacon butties for breakfast. Our hipster teenage daughter was in vintage shop heaven and the other Bronte fan found the museum and walk up to Withens Top inspiring. A lovely stay in a lovely place.
