We stayed in October for a midweek break. It was easy to find and plenty of on street parking. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Bronte Parsonage and Main Street. The owners were very friendly and helpful with tips of things to do in and around Haworth. The rooms were generously sized and luxurious- really comfortable bed and it was tastefully decorated. One of the rooms even had a jacuzzi bath! I liked the fact that they provide plenty of tea/coffee making facilities in the room- so many sachets of different teas etc. We also had a nice little surprise of scone and jam in the room on our second day! Breakfast was the highlight, a nice big fry up and a good choice of cereals, yoghurts etc. I would definitely recommend a stay at Rosebude Cottage.

We recently stayed in this quant little B&B and had a lovely weekend. The cottage is a 10 minute walk to Howarth Main Street (although up a VERY steep hill) and a 2 minute walk to the wonderful steam railway, you can hear the "choo choo" of the steam train as it passes by. However I have to be honest and say I think the rooms are significantly overpriced considering other truly lovely, spacious places we have stayed for the same amount of money. There was no wardrobe available to hang clothes but there was a hanging rail next to the bed, the room being far too small for a 4 poster meant when the clothes were hung up they covered the lamp on the bedside table (which you needed as the room is quite dark) and you had to move them out of the way to get out of bed and somehow manoeuvre between the edge of the bed, the clothes, the chair and window, my partner left with a couple of bruises as he kept banging into things. The bathroom is lovely, modern and spacious. The room was cleaned every day and wine glasses appeared as the maid noticed we had a bottle of wine on the side which was very lovely. The house itself is kept in keeping with the age of the property with old pictures, fixtures and fittings throughout. The breakfast is a lovely Yorkshire breakfast and set us up for the day. I would highly recommend a trip to Howarth however if you like space to get ready in I would probably recommend another place to stay.

Hi...Many thanks for taking the time to review Rosebud Cottage, Were sorry you didnt enjoy HAWORTH and our 18th century home as many other people have over the years, As we have said in previouse responces as the cottage dates from 1750 we are restricted for space in the rooms so we have to utilise every bit we have, as for Haworth being on a hill it just is...Many thanks A & C

My wife & I stayed in Rosebud Cottage in Sept. It is easy to find on the main road after the pass the station & go over the bridge. It was easy to park at the rear of the cottage & we were met at the door & shown to our room. Everything was clearly explained to us & we were left to unpack. We had the Charlotte Rose room which is very nicely decoreated with a superb ensuite. The walk in shower is lovely & toiletries are provided. This room is smaller than the others but this is a very old cottage so it has a charm of its own.
It is a 5 minute walk up the steep hill to the main street in Haworth. There are a number of very good restaurants & cafes here where you can spend a very pleasant evening. The breakfasts were very good with a choice of cereals & fresh fruit & yoghurt. This can be followed by a full Yorkshire breakfast or something lighter if you prefer.
Around the corner from the B & B literally a 5 minute walk is Haworth Railway station. Here you catch steam train to Keighley & can actually have a pint of real ale on the train. I was well happy with that.
Adrian & Caroline are very friendly & hospitable & they should be very proud of their B & B. In fact a fellow guest commented that this was better than some hotels that he had stayed in & he traveleed regularly with his job. Recommendation indeed. If you want to stay in a property with a difference & that is extremely clean & comfortable, look no further than Rosebud Cottage you will have done yourself a favour..

I stayed at Rosebud Cottage from 2-4th September with my friend Shirley and had a very enjoyable stay. Caroline and Adrian are very hospitable hosts...lovely room and breakfast! Also Adrian kindly changed Shirley's flat tyre which we discovered just as we were leaving and told her where to get a new tyre... I would highly recommend this lovely B and B!

We stayed at Rosebud guest house and from the start we felt very welcome. We were greeted at the door and made to feel welcome. Adrian and Caroline were great. The guest house is spotless and homely. Our room was perfect very clean and a wonderfully en suite. All the facilities were there, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, toiletries, towels and robes. Everything is thought of for your comfort. The bed was a four poster and was very comfortable. The sheets were very clean and well ironed. Breakfast was amazing, anything you could wish for. We have stayed in many guest houses over the years and this one deserves a 5 star rating. Not only for the house but for the hospitality. Great anyone who stays here will enjoy there stay.

The best good thing of Rosebud cottage is very considerate and welcoming host Adrian and hostess Caroline. So far I could not feel this warm welcome at any other B&B except for here. In addition Caroline is like a chef. Thanks to her we ate very delicious Yorkshire breakfast. Its locaition has convenient access to Haworth town center and the steam train station. The room and bed was cozy and we slept well. Everything was perfect for us. But most of all, we'd like to thank for their kindness. Adrian and Caroline please remember your Korean friends!!^^

We had never been to Haworth, indeed not often ventured into Yorkshire. This short 3 day holiday was booked at fairly short notice and without much thought or planning. I didn't have high expectations. Not sure why, but I didn't. What a brilliant surprise. Not only is the town enchanting and very interesting, housing as it does the Bronte museum, but Rosebud Cottage Guesthouse, could not have been better. From the warm welcome when we arrived, with home made cake in the room, through all aspects of our stay, this was first class. The room wasn't large, but it had everything we needed, and the bathroom was pretty new and excellently appointed. Lashings of tea and coffee etc, delicious biscuits, and unusually as much milk as you might possibly need. No meanness here. Breakfasts were superb, and would satisfy the appetite of the heartiest eater, and the good company provided by Caroline and Adrian were second to none. I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending this to anybody looking for a place to rest their heads if they are in the vicinity of Haworth.
