Modern & trendy hotel with nice touches in the centre of leeds. Parking is about £7 overnight which isn't bad. Warm chocolate cookie on arrival was lovely!! (we are chocoholics)! There are great restaurants nearby and the best thing about the hotel is the cocktail bar on the top floor.....wow!

Room Tip: Choose a room on the top floor....great views and near the cocktail bar ;)

Very modern styling, apple TV's & trendy sky bar. Good restaurant. The hotel is really let down by a car park that fills up very quickly & costs £15 over night. Otherwise ok for going out in the city.

Excellent hotel, centrally located and very clean. It is next to the train station but you never hear any noise. They use Macs as Tvs for the room (a bit small) but I'm not a big fan of Tvs in hotels anyway. Free wifi and very good breakfast.

Absolutely love this bar. With it's incredible views over the city, it's one of my favourite places to go to enjoy a cocktail or three! There is an outside balcony if you prefer to drink al fresco and it's particularily lovely to soak up the city ambience at nightime. Food is available but with a limited menu.
It is a city centre hotel and the food and beverage prices reflect this, but it's well worth a visit in my opinion.
It can get incredibly packed at weekends so you're best to go early!
The main restaurant in the hotel the City Cafe serves some good food too with the option of outside seating on the canal side on a nice day.

Stayed one night whilst visiting Leeds on business.

Check in was routine and efficient with explanation of facilities and the offer of help with my luggage. The warm chocolate cookie was a very nice touch.

My double room was situated on the 5th floor overlooking the a and some offices. Whether they had a view into my room to the degree I could see the workings of the office I do not know, Then again this is a city center hotel.

A reasonable size the room was clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Furniture and fittings were modern including and IMac with good internet connection and speed. The carpet did have a tired appearance and was stained in parts.

The room was well appointed with all the extras, ironing board, fridge, tea making facilities and complimentary water include although strangely there was no coffee, just tea.

En suite was spotless, plenty of hot water, soap and shampoo etc. However, as is the case with modern wc's there was a double flush system to save water, the larger flush in this case did not work.

Chose to eat in the hotel in the evening given the very inclement weather. The lounge bar menu was limited. The chicken burger was adequate and filling. Service was efficient, polite, friendly and prompt.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of staff available to help if needed. Wide choice of fruit juices and cereals and what appeared a great spread of continental fare, cheese, meat, yogurt etc I opted for the full English offered by way of self service dispensers. All appeared freshly cooked and was regularly refreshed. Tasted excellent.

Check out was again efficient and friendly.

I had no issues with the hotel, everything was available to meet the needs of the business visitor and everything worked (except the flush). The food was of an above average standard. All the staff clearly knew their roles and were very friendly. However, there was a lack of atmosphere and character and for this reason I have marked the hotel as average.

Stayed here on a saturday night, having obtained a fantastic deal on a king suite. The suite was clean, spacious and teched out brilliantly. Massive comfy bed, not one but two apple Imacs! A fashionable sofa and chair (slightly uncomfortable but asthetically pleasing) with tasteful decor and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was good and the staff really helpful and pleasant. I would definatley stay again just for the yummy cookie!
