Super market can get all things there but the parking is horrid so so expensive if your not local there's probably cheap parking no signage to show disabled parking anywhere cost £6 for 1hr ridiculous
Fresh fruits. Fresh veggies. Fresh produce are the things that attracted us to go. Not disappointed as the local produce purveyors shoot out their excellent products at very inexpensive products.
However the market is home to a plethora of other vendors, from meat, to art to home wares and ready made foods.
Tried everything and was full for the day :-)
Fun to walk through even if not getting anything.
Quite a nice market , you can buy meats & vegetables at a very reasonable price !!! There’s is also clothes and electrical items , there is also a market outdoors with various items ... all in all it quite good even on weekdays , but I hear the place explodes with merchants on weekends !
I come here every Saturday to buy cheap vegetables/meat and it's brilliant. I can't recommend it highly enough.
We came here from hull onthe x62 bus which drops you off at the bus station and is very close to the market..its great on a thursday with lots of fruit stalls and fabric stalls outside,the fruit stalls are amazingly cheap with a massive range of fruit and veg. .then you go insideto a lovely market hall with lots of original features and lots more stalls.you name it there's a stall that sells it and theres even some cafes in there too and not forgetting the market street in there with lots of butchers shops doing all your bargain meat packs..I love this place
