It's so close to being a great hotel but there's too many little things that ruin it, dodgy stains on curtains chipped paint on windows lack of staff during Monday breakfast, cracked teapots etc all small things that ruin the experience eradicate these small things, work on the attention to detail and you have a cracker of a hotel on your hands.
