I was in Leeds for one night only to catch Pearl Jam at the First Direct Arena, and needed a conveniently situated and reasonably cheap hotel. The Cosmopolitan Hotel met my needs, being about a 12 minute walk from said venue. The hotel is very central, and only a short walk from the train station. It is surrounded by plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and polite, and although i didn't use, the bar/restaurant looked quite nice.My single room was slightly noisy in the early hours, but nothing major. I hope to be staying there again in November, and certainly wouldn't put anybody off using this as a base, whilst in Leeds.
