Stayed twice. Gladstone suite (very big) and Chorley and Condon suite (not quite as big, 2 floors with a mezzanine and a spiral staircase) Smack in the city centre, good noise insulation though. No bar (loyalty type one) or restaraunt, but room service and breakfast (not used either). Limited/no parking but parking options all around in 5 minute radius. Bit different from the slightly more blatent Malmaison types hotels in Leeds

Room Tip: Suites are excellent (haggle)

Great service - didnt book a parking space but was given one at the side of the hotel as thought they had one. Really friendly staff.
The room was clean and to a high standard. Nice bathroom and decor - traditional english hotel style. No really atmosphere in the hotel though - quite and older people which suited me as I wanted a good nights sleep. Would recommend and would consider returning.

We stayed here the week before christmas just for a relaxing break and is our 4th stay of the year. The first time in February we actually got engaged in one of the rooms so the hotel holds loads of memories for us. Once again we were treated to a first class, beautiful room and, as usual, excellent service from all the staff. We took advantage of the honesty bar were you are trusted to serve yourself, a real novelty. I am pretty sure we will continue our adventures to Quebecs for years to come.

I stayed at the Quebecs for new year with my girlfriend. We paid £135 for the night and it was well worth it. The interior is fantastic and the honesty bar was a great little touch. The hotel is 2 mins walk from restaurants and shops making this the perfect hotel for a short break.

A beautiful building right in the centre of Leeds. We arrived in terrible weather and walked up the grand opening stairs which were lit by candles. The sweeping stairs came off reception. The welcome at the desk was warm and professional. Our suite was outstanding a clever mix of sophisticated pleasures and gentlemans club.

We had a brilliant break shopping, going to the armories, restaurants and the cinema all of which were within walking distance. When we got back the hotel was so warm and comfortable.

Our only comments were to do with parking. We couldn't park in the hotel car park as there are only 7 spaces. We therefore had to keep thinking about parking and moving the car.

Our room was split level with a very steep and shiny spiral staircase. This made it very difficult to carry up a case. The wonderful bathroom was downstairs which was difficult in the dark. The split level was great fun for us but beware if you do have mobility difficulties.

The room had a coffee machine, shoe cleaning service and i-pod dock included along with bottled water. At this price and level of service it was a shame that breakfast was not included and was very pricy.

Tastefully finished decor and really beautiful boutique hotel. Great location for train station, restaurants and city center. Breakfast was lovely and staff were lovely. I loved the power shower!!!

Perfect get away place and excellent value for money

Room Tip: Room 311 was good as it was in the section away from the streets

From the moment I booked this Hotel, emails were quickly dealt with in the most courteous, informative and timely manner.

On arrival at the Hotel we accessed the small car parking area, secured by security barrier which a member of staff came out to unlock.

The greeting at the Hotel was very warm and welcoming and instantly you felt you were somewhere very special.

We had the enormous pleasure of being told we had been given a free upgrade to a Executive room which I have to say was a wonderful needed boost on a visit which had the potential to be very poignant for me and my husband.

We accessed the lift to go to our room on the third floor and on opening the room door we both went "Wow".

Firstly the room was huge and beautifully furnished, the bed was beautiful and so comfortable to sleep in with its duck feather and down bedding. There was a table with two chairs upon which were 2 oranges to greet us and complimentary still and sparkling bottled waters as well as the usual tea/coffee facilities with caftiere. The welcome booklets and local information were plentiful and the hotel location was 3 minutes walk from the Leeds Railway Station which would get you to London within 2 hours by train.

The bathroom was fabulous, I had requested room with bath and our room had twin sinks, complimentary quality toiletries, cotton buds and pads, ample towels and both bath and large power shower. A beautiful bathroom.

The wardrobe space was ampliful with both iron and ironing board in there and a free shoe polishing service was available which happened through the night.

We made ourselves a hot drink as I was due to take medication, and as advised in hotel details we rang down to housekeeping for complimentary free milk for the room which was brought up immediately in a jug.

There was a fridge in the room (mini bar) with a selection of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic and there was also a couple of bars of chocolate. In the draw there were several bottles of spirits.

The hotel offers a free leisure service at the health club which they associate with, however we do not use this facility so cannot comment.

If you are unable to park at the hotel, I believe they offer reduced secure car parking with a local car park at a price of £12.95 per night for 24 hours. The hotel car park is £15 for 24 hours. We arrived at about 3pm (check in time) and although we checked out at about 11am (check out was 12noon or if you paid extra you could have late check out) we were able to leave the car in the car park. We left the car park about 1.15pm.

Locally, Greek street was 5 mins from hotel which had a variety of eateries, it is also about 10-15 mins from the busy Headrow where the main shops, Town Hall, Library etc are.

We were unfortunate with the weather which was atrocious on our visit and after a brief look at somewhere we would like to eat, we decided to return to our lovely room and order from the 24 hour room service menu.

I order Rib Steak which was £14.95 and was beautifully presented and cooked with fat chips and salad, followed up by brandy snap basket with icecream and strawberries. My husband had the Fish and Chips which I tasted and was beautiful, followed by his first experience of bread and butter pudding with custard which he thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a wonderful relaxing soak in the bath and relaxed watching tv, and listening to music on the hi fi which his hidden in the furniture. There was also a facility to watch dvd s in your room although we did not use this option.

Followed up with a frothy hot chocolate from those supplied in our room and eventually settled ourself down to a very restful nights sleep.

I had a appointment in Leeds early next day and reception organised me a taxi, whilst my husband went for a browse round Leeds.

All in all we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this Hotel highly to anyone, I personally challenge anyone to say anything negative about this 4* Boutique hotel. From the complimentary slippers and robes in our room, to the gorgeous sweeping staircase with fantastic stained glass windows, to the lovely quaint Honest Bar for drinks - it was a wonderful experience which exceeded our expectations in every way.
