This hotel is right in the centre of Leeds- very handy from the station- not so handy if you have a car and don't get a space in their carpark (which is quite small)- a common fault of city centre hotels I suppose. You could park on the street for £2 after 6pm or you could use a recommended carpark from the hotel for 12.25 a visit, and that was a walk away.
The rooms were all very clean and were well equipped in terms of mini bar, hair drier, tea etc. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were light and airy, however if you looked a little closer the paint around the windows and on the doors was peeling off and needed a bit of attention.
On one side if the building was the busy loop road and the other side was where they emptied the bottles at 6.30am, again it's right in the city centre so that's not surprising
The food was a little ordinary and not included in the stay. And the staff were very polite and willing to help.
Overall it did the job fine for 2 nights for graduation.
