When me and my friend arrived in Leeds (10.30am) we went straight to the premier inn knowing that we wouldn't be able to check in yet we dropped our suitcases off and the man at the reception desk (Wayne) was so nice and couldn't do no more for you. After shopping we came back and went up to the room, as soon as we opened the door however, a very damp, bin smell came from the room and lingered for every time we opened the door which was unpleasant. However, the bathroom and bed had made up for it and the TV was ever so large, but my friend being partially deaf found it a struggle to hear thw TV due to the volume limit they have put the TV on- this put a dampner on the weekend. Overall, a good stay with friendly staff and good security on a night, would stay here again.

We stayed here from Friday to monday and were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel.
The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom . We booked a family room which was ideal with two single and a double bed.
The major plus point of this hotel is it's staff. They were always accommodating and efficient whether it be to book taxis or ask directions from. Oliver in particular was a credit to the hotel with his friendly and helpful manner.
We had an evening meal and a lunch in the TGI's which was very good.
We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Me and a colleague recently travelled to Leeds for a business trip and stayed here for the night.

Reception staff were friendly, quick check in (a couple of hours early!) and given cards to our room.

Rooms are exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn... clean, tidy and purple :) Although, this was the first Preimer Inn I have stayed in which had a huge LCD TV on the wall... nice touch.

Another bonus (For O2 Customers!?) is that 4G works if you have it enabled on your phone so you dont need to bother with the Wi-Fi option cause 4G runs at about 10mb/s which, from my experience of using hotel Wi-Fi, is consistant and quicker anyway... just a heads up!

We had an allowance for TGI Fridays next door for dinner and breakfast... food on both occasions was nicely prepared and cooked, cant fault a premier inn breakfast!

If i had to go on business again i would choose this hotel in Leeds, very good!

Could not fault the hotel or staff. The location was perfect for us. We wanted to go shopping in Leeds city centre and also went to a concert at the Arena which was easily within walking distance, although we did get a taxi back!!

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and tidy room and hotel. Very convenient for City centre. Free parking is either in front of the hotel or an overflow just across the road. Eat in TGI Friday's next door, very noisy for dinner, much quieter for breakfast, rather bland standard, no cheese or ham for a continental breakfast.

Only issue was noise from person directly above moving around their room. No noise between rooms on the same floor, but noise between floors seems high.

Room Tip: Book a room on the third floor, nobody to cause noise above you!

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Clean and more than adequate accommodation for the cost. Fairly central location to city centre. Breakfast additional cost to room price but if travelling with a child, as they eat free, its worth paying for. Breakfast was delicious and service excellent.
