A great experience from start to end. The hotel sits right next to TGI Fridays where breakfast is served. The overall experience was pleasant and the staff were great. The room is very clean and cleaned well everyday. Thank you

If you want to spend a night or two in Leeds in a reasonably priced and convenient hotel this is the spot. We use it for visiting our student offspring - just perfect. This is now our third visit and each time the staff have been so welcoming and helpful it feels great. It is very easy to find venue (particularly if you are coming from the South eg from A1/M1/M621) and the parking is good with ample disabled slots. The rooms are clean, spacious and the upper end of the Premier Inn chain formula. You know what to expect and they don't let you down but the staff give this hotel its edge (certainly over other hotels we have stayed at in the City).
If you want to be lazy there is a TGIs next door - as in 2 foot away! It is quite possible to stroll into central Leeds for a wider range of eateries and of course for the shopping. The University campuses are close by in a car or on foot and the station not far either (10 minutes walk max).

From a genuinely warm welcome when I arrived, everything went well. Easy parking which is great for a city centre. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The receptionist suggested a meal at a good and reasonably priced Chinese restaurant 3 minutes away, as the tgi Friday was a bit lively for me. Great sleep in lovely large bed, great shower, great breakfast, though could have done without the music. I`d recommend this great value stay to anyone, why stay anywhere else?

Room Tip: I was facing the main road but had no trouble at all with noise .

Staying for 4 nights on business. Given room 233 which is above TGI Fridays entrance. Music audible until 1130pm so best to avoid. Staff very helpful and was moved to a room on the 3rd floor for the remainder of the stay. Usual Premier Inn high quality after that. Would stay there again

Room Tip: Avoid room 233 which is above TGI Fridays entrance. Could hear music until 1130pm on a Monday night
